Yeah fortunately It has been solved already, I can now gain points again.. hope your problem would be solve too. Just be patient and positive with it.

But your problem got solved mine is still not solving.
This happened to me the other day, but tne next morning i was surprised because from 9.7 points, it went up to 227 points.

Just don't lose hope. Things happen for a reason. Who knows, u will be surprised tomorrow with higher points, right.

my points are not freezed.... but last 3 days my points are increasing very slowly.... it's really sad... but never give up.

My points is freezing too, it got back in the morning after 2 days being freeze and now it had been freeze again. Im attending to the users who give giveaways to have a chance to earn atleast
