Scream I would scream as loud as I could. But how? They will wonder if this man is normal! I am normal. But they pretend to be too nice. They never shouted. They don't argue. They just say everything in nice words. And at home? And behind closed doors? There they shout out loud, break the glass. They hit their heads against the wall. Yes, they hit the wall with their heads. Just they, nice and polite. I'm sorry about the wall! I decided to scream. I screamed the loudest. Nobody was looking at me. They realized. They even said bravo. They realized that their psychiatrists, their drugs stop the screaming. I'm glad I screamed. I'm glad I let go of the scream. Feel free to try it too. The feeling is indescribably good! Author: Musician Lead image source: unsplash Thanks for reading.

Nice poem my friend 👌😀. We all do some things in private that when seen in public would portray us a freak or a psycho. Sometimes I talk alone, and do some crazy stuffs that sometimes I laugh to it. Have a wonderful week my friend 👌😀.
A deep one my dear friend, yes there's a lot of people that trying masked up their frustration anger to a smiling face but it will never hide the fact that when they alone and no eyes on them theybjust shout to the void and release those impurities of anger.
Society imposes many taboos on us, so in our confinement they can be released. Shouting at some point is part of the therapy to reduce stress
