My Brother Cook best ..

In the Philippines there's a lot of great dishes from manila to the provinces. Every place has its own dish to be proud of.

My brother is works out of the country for almost 6 years. The first year he is there he always miss the dishes here especially the one my mama cook, even if he is more good in cooking than her. Every time he go back here he will eat every where that will satisfy him. And make his own version of it. And bringing a lot of dishes from the Philippines to the country he works in.

So today I will share to you the dishes my Brother loves to cook (pics are not included cause I don't have one ✌)

First is the Adobo, I remember the first adobo he cook haha it almost burned and too salty we don't know what he did to it haha but it is okay cause that ia his first time until he make a perfect one. There's something in his adobo that you will be force to eat more even if your tummy are already full.

His own version of "Chao Fan". I love it when he cook chao fan cause it is so yummy and full of toppings haha.

His version of Pansit bihon with boiled egg in top. He first made it in new years eve last 2018. And no doubt it is good.

His Crispy Pata, there's a special taste in it.

I know everyone has its own favorite but this are my favorite dishes cooked by my own brother.
