Homo homini lupus. A man is a wolf to a man. It doesn't mean that we kill each other the way wolves do. But is it possible that humans are even worse?
Think about it. Wolves often kill or hunt other animals to survive. While humans have the same reason for killing some selected species. But is it really a part of the nature of a man to be inhumane to each other?
We usually see kids roaming around the street to ask for money to buy food while those who has a chance to help them chose to ignore their situation.
It is not a part of our nature to be cruel, but it is our nature to do anything to survive. The question now is, until when are we going to use this excuse for our greediness?
We are not being fake here; innovation is a good idea on having convenient life. It also affects our world, animals, and trees. All the innovations that we thought will help us will also be the reason of our biggest regret as a human. Now we are not just bringing a wolf to a man. We are now being a wolf to our own world. The world gave us all we need to live, but we are constantly destroying the world unconsciously and, even worse, consciously. Admit it or not, there are a lot of buildings and malls that were established and, as a result, nature suffers. And those trees which help the world to cool down, which give us oxygen to breathe and food to eat, we are destroying it just to earn money. We always complain on how high the world's temperature is, but we are the ones who destroy it at the first place. Because man is not just a wolf to its fellowman. It also became a wolf to its world.
