Nothing likes it!
One often hears these days, 'nothing is good'. This is a new disease! Dudada left the job hoping for peace. While doing business, it was found that the job was 'less para'. That business also flourished. Then you started another business. That too closed after two days. Well, sitting at home, depression began to squeeze you from all around.

To get out of the 'nothing like' syndrome, you must first get out of comparison. You may not be very well. But surely there are many people whose situation is much worse than yours. No matter what situation you are in, there will always be people who are in a much better situation than you. Many people are in more food condition than you. If you are always resentful of those who are better than you, you will never be happy.
Find out the specific answer to the question - what makes you happy? Then forget about anything else to achieve it. Forget all the troubles. 'Discomfort anxiety' is nothing to be concerned about. If you always think it doesn't feel good, it feels good, you'll never feel good like that.
And you will be thoroughly disappointed. Instead, start enjoying it. Break the goal down into smaller parts and congratulate yourself after completing each level. Enjoy your life. Remember, nothing in life is wasted. Beautiful events give us memories of beautiful moments. On the other hand failure or any unexpected event teaches us. Increases patience and morale.
Hard work. Difficulty doing business. Being unemployed again is difficult. A, B, C, D - All options have problems. You have to decide which one you want. And once a decision is made, no more suffering is to be ignored. Acknowledge your accomplishments. Express satisfaction. There are people to look up to when you are sick. When it's night to return home, there are people to worry about, what to eat, nothing less.
Do you feel like you've lost your sense of well-being by saying 'I don't like something' all the time? Again, if you suffer from depression, you definitely need treatment. But self-realization is needed to get rid of 'something bad'. If necessary, seek the help of a psychiatrist.
