Job seekers' habits have become worse for Corona!
Many systems in the world have changed for Corona. There has been a radical change, especially in education and office management. Getting an education at home or having an office has been there before, but it has multiplied in the last two years. So much so that, according to a report, the job seekers have become bad habits in Corona. They are now more interested in working as a work from home provider.
According to a survey by Naukri.com, 93,000 applicants have applied for full-time or part-time jobs since July last year. 22% of them want to work from home completely.
According to data from Naukri.com for the last six months, about 32 lakh job seekers are looking for jobs that have work-from-home benefits without applying. Of these, 58 per cent job seekers are looking for a job rather than working from home. In December 2021 alone, three and a half lakh job seekers are looking for a job that has the benefit of work from home.
Basically, IT companies still have rules for working from home. Companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, HCL, PWC, Trigent, Flipkart, Siemens, Delight, Oracle, Genser, TCS, Capgemini are still offering their employees the opportunity to work from home.
I haven't experienced what working from home looks like. Because I have been working on site ever since.
