Why do you practice yoga?

In the busyness of life, we do not have time to be alone. I ask who, what, why, where, how. But in these few questions are hidden all our secrets, addresses, identities and the inevitable conditions of existence. In this transparent mirror of the question, the water pictures of life that are constantly changing are our every living moment, the moving life. Some people know that the key to unraveling the complexities of our complex life, which is entangled in a myriad of problems, is still there, and many of us are not looking for it. Going forward with this question, the penetrating philosophers who once reached beyond life, with an unprecedented wonder at the brightest door of the great mystery of the great life! But can't those of us who are very ordinary people, even with very ordinary eyes, look back at ourselves once in this countless crowd? Do I know how to look at that 'I' that I am eating-drinking-laughing-playing-walking and immersed in thoughts or worries in my daily workshop?

Do you know how you are right now? Or how do you look? Let's not stand alone in front of our own mirror! Now expose yourself. How do you look? What you see in that mirror is your physical appearance. This body is our container, carrier, and driver. All our activities surround this body, through the body, and for the body itself. The mind says that we imagine abstract concepts, but also this body. Without the body the mind is distorted, incomplete, immobile. When the body is destroyed, the mind ceases to exist. This is why it is also said in ancient yoga - 'Shariramadyang khalu dharma sadhanam'. No matter what you want to accomplish, there is no speed, no way without this body. The existence of this visible body means your existence in reality. No body, no you. There is no one but the body. The name that will remain with you for some time to come even after death, is also the contribution of this body. The deeds done by the body containing this body can give possible relative stability by saving your name in your absence through its relative stability. So, take a good look - the body that you are holding at the moment.

In words - healthy body, beautiful mind. That is absolutely true. There is no substitute for physical well-being. Only a healthy, healthy, fresh, hard-working body can be assured of the desired beautiful and clean life if there is a mental bondage without any illusions. But how much of it is possible to achieve in our life-reality?

As well as physical exertion. But physical exertion and well-being are not guaranteed unless hard work is planned. Without moderate movement and activation of every organ of the body, the anatomy cannot be balanced and well-organized. This is why the body needs planned exercise. In the ongoing reality of life that we have to go through every moment through the stress or psycho-physical stress caused by the society, politics, economy, state environment and situation, the rush to get rid of it is constantly having a terrible effect on our individual and social life. Yoga practitioners have also explained the causes, precautions and benefits of each of them beautifully. He even pointed out ways to cure or get rid of common diseases and pests. It also describes strategies for choosing exercise and healthcare for one's own needs, taking into account body composition, age or disease. It is not known whether there is such a complete health philosophy of human body and mind without yoga alone.
