5 Reasons Why I love working out at Night
Hey there! Mon here :)
Last night, after my office duty I was able to work out outside because of my busy new duties in my career most of the time I came home late, and gyms are closed by 9 PM the same time when I can reach home even I'm tired getting home I will always have a time working out 2-3 times a week I don't know why but maybe my body is used to it, to be honest, laying makes me tired and my system badly don't want it.
My friends are asking me why I work out outside and at night well, the reasons are these:
Time
My availability of course, obviously my working schedules don't meet the operating hours of the gym I have to work from 8:00 - 5:00 PM but most of the time I have to extend to avoid delays on my paper works, normally I'm home by 9 PM and by 9:15 or 9:20 is the time for workout and I will finish at 10 or 10:30 sometimes.
No Destruction
I love alone time and I can focus well when there's no noise in my surroundings It's so quiet and peaceful at my workout spot that's why I get addicted to it.
I can also meditate with no worry at all.
I can sleep well after
Yeah! Because my body was tired and exhausted it is looking for a rest.
That's why I love it! after the workout, I can sleep well I just drink protein shakes and eat bananas. Take a shower and *daang! I found myself sleeping lol
Recovery
When I started this night workout and my body was used to it, I found my body recovered easily unlike at the gym where my body is shaken by morning and the soreness really hits me upon waking up.
Increases my productivity
I observed also that my productivity increased I found myself can easily perform all the workload and tasks that have been given to me plus I can get back to my side hustles such as writing articles and my hobbies :)
I took a video of myself performing bodyweight exercises also it serves as my mirror Haha. You just need to be creative sometimes lol!

Oh, my, you got a nice body! Ang hirap mag gain ng muscle for us girls huhu. I am doing weights 4x and cardio 2x a week. I can see the improvement naman pero ambagal ko magkamuscle hehe. I also increase my protein intake. Any tips po?
