Maybe some of you are not familiar with this one, but aside from being an old song, I notice that this one is underrated and I love underrated songs so much. This is the only love song that can't be removed from my playlist it's a memorable one tho.
The only song that I sing for my first Girl at the crowded KTV without knowing that she just only caused me trauma, haha It happened way back in 2018. Another underrated song that saved me honestly, I didn't know how I find this song, a heartbreak happens to me when I discover this. My Dad died and I had a lot of questions so I just type the word in the YT search bar " I think God can explain" and this result is the first thing that I saw, and boom! I already know that everything happens for a reason and only God can explain it.
This one is always on my playlist. I've listened to it when I'm down a simple song yet so uplifting.

Eren goes to Sky Ranch
Yo! My fellow writers hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the weekend cause I've enjoyed it a lot!
This Saturday we went to Skyranch. One of the famous amusement parks here in the Philippines and the Pampanga is the main branch meaning, all rides are located here.
I wear my fave outfit of course in case the Titans invade us I am ready to slay them all 😶

I prefer to be alone tbh, however, my subordinates want a quick escape too from the stress so I let them join me. Lemme introduce them, the one who holds the phone is my previous TL Sir JC, behind him, are Jharry, Patricia, Crestin and Ms Cath. The guy wearing a blue polo shirt is Sir Brylle and of course yours truly. The only scout alive at the moment lmao anyways they were my previous teammates from the MAD department, Sir Brylle and I were now in the same dept. The best colleagues that I'm glad to be with.
Here are some photos of the rides that they have.
Somebody called Eren when I was looking around and It was Gokou Haha. I ask them for a picture lol! I am an instant cosplayer on that day and didn't expect this to happen, to be honest, one of my dreams is to be a cosplayer and it seems granted. No words can express how happy I am.
There are approximately 20 rides available and we try them all
The extreme ride for me is the Super Viking my friends badly hate it soo bad, for me it was nothing cause you know as a scout I always do this thing I'm used to it! I'm flying asf!
The most memorable was the Carousell, It is just calming I remember my first horse ride when Titan ate my Mom (Ohh sad memories).
For the last ride, we have Ferris Wheel. The top view was awesome!
This experience is so memorable for me hope this is not the last and looking forward to more amusement park experiences with them :)

Trying this Portrait (Paint with me 1)

I was planning to do an outside painting but since there is heavy rain today I decided to stay and just do my painting at home.
I'm really not a fan of portraits cause I'm not into detail cause it was a pain in the ass and sometimes color toning irritates me that's why I focus on Cubism and abstract but I want to try something new.
I ask my friend if It was okay to paint her It seems good to her she also said she's gonna pay me I'm a little bit shy cause I'm not that confident enough plus It was my first time doing portraits but I know her a lot lol!
I prepared my sketch 1 week ahead and prepared my art mats.
My Brushes and palette look tired and can't take it anymore lol!
My technique in painting is, I always make my canvas wet because acrylic can dry quickly you have to race against time since I'm out of Retarder (Game changer tool)
I painted all subjects a light color so I can trace easily the outline.
Here's the final result :)
I know it's not that good but I'm so proud of myself! not bad for a first attempt, however, I think this is my last portrait haha that detailing really irritates me lol
It took me 12 hours to finish this artwork.
I'm satisfied, to be honest, and grateful as well. I didn't expect this actually.

Me, Coffee and Shooting Stars
Hi Readers!?
How's your weekend?
I miss you all, especially your article that's why I spend a lot of time reading it as long as I can. Been busy these past few days because of the workload and deadlines that I need to meet glad that I was able to make it in time, Yey!
So I guess I deserved a quick escape and peace of mind;
and this is what I did ...
I spend my Saturday night alone on the mountain watching stars and meteors.
Packed up my things such as; Mats, woods, blanket, jacket, biscuits, and of course, the one thing that I can't live with "COFFEE" I can go everywhere as long as I have coffee beside me.
I started hiking at 1o PM and since my Aunt lives on the mountain I ask her to guide and watch me out throughout the night even though I'm not able to sleep at all lmao
First, I set up a fire and mat where I can lay down there is no sign of rain so I don't need a tent anymore I just used a blanket and a jacket, enough to warm me up on this cold night. I know I can survive this (Kinaya ko nga ng wala siya Char lol)
After I set up all stuff that I need I brought up my snack ( Star gazing starter pack)
Chaaarrrraaaan!
I have a large cup of coffee and Stick - O (this serves as my cigarettes )
I'm able to capture some photos cause I have a digicam that can be used at night.
It's around 2 am now ... and be ready for what you'll about to see
what you see right now, is the sky full of stars, a galaxy that's so pleasant in the eye
I captured this photo lying down on the mat, I'm so grateful to witness the beauty of the Universe not only the stars I also caught some shooting stars and meteors flying out at the speed of light so quick that I'm not able to get a shot, however, seeing them by my own eye is priceless a lot of realizations while staring those stars.
we are just like stars we have our own beauty and we are able to shine
It's good to be alive, glad that I exist!
A few hours passed by I didn't notice that I fall asleep.
I woke up with the sunlight reflected on my face It was a good experience and I'm pretty sure I will do it again.

Blanco Museum at Angono
Hi there! It's Mon again.
For today's Blog, I'm going to share my experience and photos I've taken at Blanco Museum but before that did you know that Angono is The Art Capital of the Philippines? I had no idea at first why that place was named The art capital, however, upon exploring I just realized and convinced myself of the real reason behind it.
***Angono is known as the ‘Art Capital of the Philippines’ because it is the only town, despite its small geography and population, which has produced and is home to two National Artists namely Carlos ‘Botong’ Francisco for Painting and Prof. Lucio San Pedro for Music.***

Aside from that when I visited the province I saw a lot of art galleries, art and music academy plus plenty of mural arts mixed with paint and sculpture.
I'm just grateful because I'm able to get free admission to the Blanco museum one of the famous museums in Angono also they had a cafe called BRKD.

The best thing about this museum is every artwork is a masterpiece of its own family, Blanco family is known for their realistic arts, portraits, and sculptures I can say that they are a family who loves arts and a bloodline of artists.
I have a few photos that I took upon my visit and here it is;
The stroke and details are on a different level! Goosebumps!
They had a unique style that focuses on realism and their subject are based on Filipino culture, tradition, and beliefs.
This painting caught my attention, It has wonderful details and color mixture the emotions are present I stare at it for almost 5 minutes, I closed my eyes and free my mind to imagine that I was present in that painting this is my technique to feel and appreciate every art that I saw especially on an Intriguing artwork.
It is effective, trust me! (Para kang nag ta-time travel)

Our Third Tree Planting Event

I hope you had a great one just dropping by to check you out and to read your articles of course :)
For today's vlog, I want to share with all of you our third Tree planting event that holds in Angono, Rizal (Art Capital of the Philippines)
As a committee of the planning department, I will make sure to have a spot and secure a ticket, and here it looks like it will be emailed to us together with a zoom link for orientation.
we provide a van in every event but it was shouldered by a volunteer we did this to avoid the hustle and also to make sure that everyone is safe.
That's me wearing a long sleeve shirt I am the one preparing for every event I just love doing that too.
We started the event with a simple prayer, a speech by MENRO, and a quick orientation on proper planting.
DENR provides a total of 300 seedlings and we planted them all with the help of PNP
and other officials.
there are 60 plus participants on that day.
We have LANETE and NARRA seedlings that planted successfully 150 each sapling for Narra and Lanete.
The place is covered by trees so we are just warmed up and not directly hit by the Sun while doing the planting, the problem is the soil is quite hard cause it is mixed with rocks glad that MENRO provides the equipment that we've used to dig some holes easily.
*I'm exhausted on this shot and happy at the same time cause I already planted 4 seedlings Yey!*
We provided a tag on each volunteer so they can be more proud of what they're doing cause we believed that ...
"You are what you planted, Own that tree, Ariin niyo siya"
This event will not happen without the help of this brilliant committee from planning and resource so here's our group hug shot.

I'm not good right now I felt so empty and there's something that heavy for me.
It all started when I started overthinking. My past failures, and rejections, and I often felt that my feelings were not valid.
Demotivated asf! but I don't want to be that person again lol!
Glad that I still have an art mat and let my hand do his thing

So, I grab my brushes, and poster paint and start my escape plan.

It's weekends! meaning rest days there are no work-related concerns and stress just resting my ass for 2 days but instead of lying on my bed, I went to the museum with myself this is my fourth time, Haha and I don't know I'm just in love with the place.

Robin Hood at Arrowland
This Friday night I enjoy my own company at Arrowland, after my office works at 5 PM I dropped by SM Megamall our office is just walking distance, and due to traffic
I decided to enjoy myself for a bit and try something new.
Upon hopping I saw a play park on the 5th floor wherein there's an Ice-skating zone, Lazer and this arrow land caught my attention
I set an appointment at the lobby for 7 pm but because someone cancel his appointment they asked me If I want to join others and I said yes since I'm all alone I don't hesitate to say yes.
The Instructor will train you first, about the correct form and proper handles
they also put arm support for the good aim.
This is how far the target approximately 70 meters I'm so excited that I want to shoot the instructor Haha.
The Bow is heavy and you can easily feel the soreness but you can easily reload because of the bow support located at the bow's body
My very first experience holding an arrow and a bow I feel like Jumong or Robin hood at that moment lol
I almost got the bullseye as you can see but I am proud that I hit the 9 spots not bad at all :)
All in all, it was a nice experience I've started to love this kind of hobby I'm planning to buy my own archery set instead of renting but gonna put that at the right time.

Yo! Good afternoon my Dear readers and writers :)
How's your Sunday everyone? hope you had a great one!
I do enjoy my Sunday cause finally, I visited my Father after a few months
I wasn't able to visit him this Father's day due to weeks of rainfall that's why I make sure that this day will continue my visit rain or shine!
So this afternoon, I packed up my art mats and went to Providence It takes me 2 rides to get there. E-Jeep and tricycle I arrived at exactly 2 PM and start my artwork.

I have already sketched my subject for this artwork and I know my Father is watching beside me.
After an hour of mixing and painting a colour here, it looks like.

5 Reasons Why I love working out at Night
Hey there! Mon here :)
Last night, after my office duty I was able to work out outside because of my busy new duties in my career most of the time I came home late, and gyms are closed by 9 PM the same time when I can reach home even I'm tired getting home I will always have a time working out 2-3 times a week I don't know why but maybe my body is used to it, to be honest, laying makes me tired and my system badly don't want it.
My friends are asking me why I work out outside and at night well, the reasons are these:
**Time**
My availability of course, obviously my working schedules don't meet the operating hours of the gym I have to work from 8:00 - 5:00 PM but most of the time I have to extend to avoid delays on my paper works, normally I'm home by 9 PM and by 9:15 or 9:20 is the time for workout and I will finish at 10 or 10:30 sometimes.
**No Destruction**
I love alone time and I can focus well when there's no noise in my surroundings It's so quiet and peaceful at my workout spot that's why I get addicted to it.
I can also meditate with no worry at all.
**I can sleep well after**
Yeah! Because my body was tired and exhausted it is looking for a rest.
That's why I love it! after the workout, I can sleep well I just drink protein shakes and eat bananas. Take a shower and *daang! I found myself sleeping lol
**Recovery**
When I started this night workout and my body was used to it, I found my body recovered easily unlike at the gym where my body is shaken by morning and the soreness really hits me upon waking up.
**Increases my productivity**
I observed also that my productivity increased I found myself can easily perform all the workload and tasks that have been given to me plus I can get back to my side hustles such as writing articles and my hobbies :)
I took a video of myself performing bodyweight exercises also it serves as my mirror Haha. You just need to be creative sometimes lol!

Totebag (Totoro version)
Hey there! How are you?
I wasn't able to visit this platform for almost a week now, the charger of my laptop has broken and it takes 3-4 days before my order has arrived but I already received it I also have a battery that makes me happier cause I can now use it everywhere
since I love working in the coffee shop, don't know why but I just love the vibe there and the aroma makes me more productive.
anyways, let's get back to my topic for today.
Last night I made a new Tote bag and since I have no idea what to paint remember my AirPods case which is Totoro.
**Totoro** is a forest spirit in the movie ****My Neighbor Totoro**** which was produced by Studio Ghibli and created by Hayao Miyazaki.
Among all Ghibli movies, this is my 3rd pick. I love how magical this movie is, the fantasy that you didn't expect to see.
I simply made it with acrylic, brushes, and of course blank canvas bag or tote bag.
Using Pencil and tape I outlined a border so it has an equal size and starts sketching here it looks like after this I just painted it out by mixing colors.
This is the final result.
Yeah! It is quite simple and aesthetic but I keep it like that and that's what I love
my office mate wants to buy it but I think I am the one who gonna used it

Last week I went again to my fave peaceful spot and guess what?
I made another cubism painting that turns out into abstract HAHA
I have prepared all my art mats and looked for a nice view then I set up the stand.
I also have a milk tea and snacks also ordered coffee for my autofocus lol!
I finished sketching and color mixing but the rain falls from the sky, glad that I had an umbrella and a small roof that I can hide on.

Bamboo Tree Planting with Lee Min Ho Philippines
Hi Readers! :)
How's your day? I'm on the WFH set up today, that's why I could write an article.
I want to share our 2nd Tree planting event in Antipolo City, Rizal. This time we have a lot of partners that partnered with us including the LGUs, Miss Antipolo, and Lee Min-Ho Philippines, a PH fan based that has many followers on Meta they also celebrate the Birthday of their Oppa and they choose to plant trees with us.
We planted Bamboo that LGU provides and all of it was planted estimating 1,000 Bamboo seedlings I planted over 10 bamboos and It feels great I didn't feel any tiredness actually after that I did a clean-up drive on my own near the area I collected 1 sack of plastics wastes and surrender it to LGU for their recycling.
*I didn't expect this shot! Lol, I just looking for a bird that I saw then It was posted on our FB page saying that I'm a contestant HAHA I do not know about this real quick!*
We finished the event with these group shots.

Lambingan Hills without Kalambingan
Yo! ma' fellow readers :) sorry for being inactive here I'm just busy on my task as an employee but still catching some of your articles and spending time reading them. I'm so proud of you all!
For today's blog, I'm gonna share with you my experience in Lambingan hills.
This is located at Tanay, Rizal.
If you want to spend your weekends with nature, I highly recommend this place especially when you have your special someone I believe this place is for those couples out there.

So make sure to bring your kalambingan or partner to this amazing place.
What would you expect to see in this place?
honestly, aside from the stunning view and green sceneries you can also enjoy all the flowers here. such as; Sunflowers, marigolds, and more beautiful flowers that you've never seen before I'm gonna drop some photos.
Don't worry if you're a single or no kalambingan this place is still open for you lol!
I visit this place on my own and it's all good. I really appreciate the place It reminds me to love nature more and myself as well🥰

1st Tree Planting Event
Today is our very first Tree planting and I'm just so happy about its success.
I set an alarm at 3 AM so I can prepare the things that I need.
I have some extra clothes, a towel, shorts, food and also water. I'm already at the pickup point at 4:30 AM I have an allowance of 30 minutes to avoid the hustle and also to give respect to each member that comes early we held the event at Cuyambay Tanay, Rizal. The place is quite muddy and steep.
We also celebrate National Environment Day with MENRO and Gov't Agencies
We have 300 seedlings and I planted a total of 10 and all of it is **NARRA TREE**
we already had a spot when we arrive we just need to make sure that every seedling will is planted correctly.
We have an upcoming event for the 2nd tree planting and I'm happy to invite you to hope you can join us!

I'm in love with nature ever since, It makes me relaxed and calm. I grew up in a mountainous area that's why seeing trees and green sceneries are not new to me and how they play an important role in our world. My Seniors and I (One of the Girls)
Hi Fellas!
This is Mon again, sorry for being inactive here I enjoy these weekends with my officemates my seniors to be specific they're the top tiers in our company or so-called assets and this weekend they plan an outing for their cluster, and not all of their co-seniors not able to join so they invited us and with no hesitation we agreed!
The date is already set with 2 days glad that one of our co-workers had a house near the place where we really save a lot.
Friday night when our service arrives we sleep for almost 3 hours at the office and that's enough to remain awake while on the trip.
We arrived at our colleague's house at exactly 4 AM and we decided to sleep first and
we prepared a lot of food and after that, we go to the beach we also had a reserve for a cottage.
Gonna leave some photos here! :)
As you can see I'm the only guy here haha that's hilarious, isn't it?
They call me One of the Girls actually there is another boy one of the seniors but he considers himself a girl, yeah he's gay but he's really funny lol
They pushed me to take my solo picture and flex my body haha it really boosts my confidence thanks to them they said to get a girl but I told them that I'm not yet ready and we all laughed.

This is how we prepared and eat the food with our bare hands, we ate together! (that's how boodle fight works) :D
And yeah that's my weekends going.
I really enjoyed it with them I arrived home by 5 PM and I immediately wrote an article for it and this is it.

My outside painting part 3
Hi there! How are you?
Happy Saturday everyone It's been a hot afternoon and I've decided to climb up the mountain to do my painting.
I brought all my art mats and put them in one bag I ordered coffee and Stick-O as my fuel ***(Hindi to nawawala sakin while doing the artwork)***
I started sketching and mixing the colors so I can start any minute but suddenly, the sky becomes cloudy with signs of heavy rain thunder is roaring too so I decided to pack up my things and go home.
Absolutely, I have a bad ugh! because of that, I was triggered to drink coffee instead and watch raindrops I love that vibe tho.
I've stay in the mountain till the rain stop it was almost 6 PM when I reached home.
I cooked and prepared dishes so we can eat early and get back to my artwork and I'm glad I finished it in the evening :)

I'm able to run and do some exercise also I'm happy cause I reached 10.58 steps or equivalent to 15,192 steps.

My morning weekend routine

Sorry for being inactive just got busy in the office and some stuff that I need to finish I just visit here when I have free time, especially on my rest days which are weekends.
Just want to share with you guys my weekend routine and how I maintain my body shape and peace of mind.
I woke up every Saturday at exactly 5:30 AM to spend time outside to do exercise and meditation since I was located in a mountainous area I often do a lot of exercises outside I took advantage of the place and the beauty of the environment.
gonna drop some photos but please be sensitive this is not for children (just kidding)
This is **a Mountain climber** exercise. It targets the core or abdominal muscle.
you can do 30 seconds to 1 minute or you can do 12 reps for 3 sets.
This one is a **Cross mountain climber exercise** just like the first one, but the difference is you have to extend your glutes and legs and then twist them side by side.

It's so easy to start meditating.
First,
**Take a seat and** make sure you are comfortable (Indian sit is the most common setting for this)
**Set a time limit.** If you are just beginning much better to set a time limit of 5-10 minutes it's up to you.
**Notice your body.** Maintain your balance and make sure that your position is stable
**Feel your Breathe.** You have to follow the sensation of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out or inhales exhale method.
**Wander.** Keep your mind wandering from place to place.
**Close with gestures.** Once you stop wandering and get back to the place open your eyes slowly. Feel your body and how it feels as well as your thoughts and emotions.
The key to meditation is:
Focus, wanders, breathing and calmness.

5 Daily habits that Changed my Life
Hi Fellas! How are you? Hope you are doing great, sorry for being inactive here just busy on some kinds of stuff.
I just want to share with you guys these amazing habits that will incredibly change your habits and lifestyle as well, you just have to stay consistent with them. It really helps you out. Life-changing!
I listed 5 habits that I consistently do and not gonna stop for my entire life.
**1. Waking Up early**
The secret is, to wake up early no matter how much time you sleep you have to get up early cause there are no distractions in the morning the job gets done well ahead of time.
But to make this possible you have to sleep early as well.
6-8 hours are good enough to stay active from the start to the end of the day.
**2. Decision-making**
It doesn't matter how bad are you in decision making, what matters most is how you deal with those bad decisions and stick to that plan always remember that to be a man you need to get rid of all those bad decisions you make, you started it at the first place eh? Don't just be a man, man!
**3. Meditation**
This is my favorite habit, It unlocks my imagination it creates peace and joy in my inner self. I do meditation every day upon waking up and sometimes before going to sleep it is just powerful cause it's really something that cleansed your stress out!
trust me! Meditation is Powerful!
**4. Reading**
I just love reading cause it creates a door from this to another dimension, I mean there's a lot you can learn just by reading I spend a lot of time reading I even do reading while I'm on the train going to the office, why? cause it's quiet there's no distraction while on the train I found it a good library tho lol and lately I've just discovered audiobooks which makes reading more interesting it is so convenient you can read while doing other kinds of stuff. Just wow! I really love it!
**5. Taking up notes**
I do write a note every time, It's really helpful and it gives you more focus on the project that you need to finish.
I also write down my short and long-term goals as well as my plans of course it needs to be realistic :)

Manila Coffee Festival 2022
Hi Everyone! :)
Sorry for being inactive I was busy this past few weeks.
Just want to share this new and unforgettable experience yesterday.
I went to Manila - Fort Santiago for this event.
I was so excited because it was my first time attending this kind of event and just like before, I go there solo I think I'm not yet ready yet to go with someone I just want to enjoy myself more of "Me time" as other said.
There are a lot of varieties of coffee from provinces also band that made the festival more exciting!
They perform a lot of Jazz music that we all enjoy perfect fit while drinking coffee
Also, I enjoy this setup, it looks like a Bar but instead of alcoholic beverages we've drinking coffee a haven for me! 🥰
The lot of people participating in this event is extremely huge! You have to fall in line everywhere haha
I took a selfie cause I'm so shy to approach people to take for me HAHAHA.
I finished the event by watching and walking at Manila bay I love this part.
The Sunset makes it special I feel relieved It was so peaceful 💚

Coffee portrait turns into Abstract

Welcome to another coffee painting that I've just done today :)
My plan is to do a portrait but It was messed up so I turned it into an Abstract lol!

I used 2 packs of Nescafe because it can be easily dissolved into water plus the mixture is good.
I'm not sure why I draw this but at first, I want to paint a portrait of a woman but when it turns into a mess I switched it to a guy and I don't why I came upon that idea
It should be a portrait but for me, it was an abstract HAHA maybe I'm not in a good state while doing this painting but I love the result after all.
