The qualities a professional teacher should possess.

Being a teacher is a noble profession. Teachers impart knowledge to one another. According to Melby (1994), teaching is not only pouring knowledge into their subject towards their students but also dealing with the teaching learning process in which the students can participate fully in the process. Moreover, teachers embrace the differences among the students. To become an effective teacher someday, the teacher should practice good attributes when dealing with their students. Becoming a teacher requires having a good image and maintaining positive attitudes about teaching and about the students. A teacher is responsible for projecting a positive and approachable image to his or her students. These are qualities one should possess if the teacher aims to be a good and effective teacher. A teacher has subject mastery, which includes better planning and developing teaching strategies. The teacher is an expert on the subject, easily adapts and organizes topics and can widen the flexibility of his/her teaching skills. In addition, teachers should take into consideration the students who are struggling with their personal lives. Perhaps they have been going through it with their family, and as a teacher, it is important to learn how to communicate with the students.

Furthermore, teachers will motivate and promote students. He or she should possess the qualities of a motivator, an adviser, and a listener among the students. Teachers should promote antidiscrimination in the classroom and accept differences of every color, race, religion, gender orientation, status, and many other aspects of life to all of their students. Teachers should practice creativity. As a future educator, I have full responsibility for imparting knowledge to my students. It is important to share your presentation that is unique, authentic, and presentable to the visible eye of my learners. I will continue to enhance and develop many unique strategies to deliver my topic to the students. The teaching profession is the best platform for advocating the rights of the people inside the community. Teachers should develop their leadership skills. Furthermore, a teacher is a great leader to make collaborations, motivate others, and participate in community movements that lead to a successful community. Moreover, teacher characteristics should develop good conduct and follow ethical standards towards the students and community. Demonstrate positive moral values such as kindness, patience, resilience, optimism, and empathy

All things considered, these are good and effective qualities in a best teacher. The teacher takes all possibilities and the teacher takes all possibilities to make his teaching effective for his or her students and it has good results. Becoming a teacher is not easy to do. It requires a lot of enhancement, not just in the subject but also in the attitudes within him or herself. I believe that maximizing positive attitudes among teachers and students will result in a child-friendly environment. The students are not afraid to actively participate in the class and will become comfortable while learning. As a future educator, I will use those aforementioned attributes or qualities as an effective teacher someday. I believe I can impart learning and display moral values as well.
