How Important it is to have A Healthy Metal Health.
I watched one vlogger from Mindanao and I was inspired on how he addressed the problem about mental health. Our mind is the one who functions, who mandated what we need to do. The first process before we do things that we want to do is our mind. Our mind will command to our body to stand, to work, to study and to continue. Everything that we are doing is always starts with the command from our mind.
It's important to have a healthy Mental Health because it would be the one who functions to do and move. Lazy people stays lazy if they will not overcome their body. Your mind must be the one to follow before our body. For example, Your body wants to lay on bed all day but you need to finish all your activities because the deadline is fastly approaching, then what you need to do? You must command your mind to stand up and do your activities. Then, your body will follow.
Many people ended their lives because of their Mental Health. They are so tired of fighting alone and only their selves fighting on that problem. That's why, it is so important to find happiness and peace despite of the problems and difficulties that we are experiencing for. No one will make your mental health stable but only yourselves.
Problems, chaos, difficulties and hard times are always part of our living. For us to experience happiness we must experience first sadness. You can't label that feeling as happiness if you haven't experienced how is the feeling of being sad. Just like darkness, you can't identify if that is light if you haven't experienced darkness. In every positive effects in life there is always a negative from it. In order for us to overcome those challenges we must learn from it and don't stick on that particular problem. You'll be stuck if you will stick on that problem.
We are just humans, who can feel pain, who can feel sadness. But life is not all about negative things because sometimes it's about positive. Always look the positive side of every negative situations. Don't lose hope and don't end your life because it is not the solution on what you think that problem can't be solve.
Let us embrace life and live with positivity. Always learn from our mistakes and our past for us to become better in the future. Don't live with your past because nothing will happen if you stick on that place. You deserve to be happy and you deserve peace.

Our mental health is very important. We cannot work well and be productive if many thoughts are bugging us. There could be a possibility that festivities will come into our minds and destroy us. No one could help us except ourselves. We should stay away from things that make us feel bad or something that destroys our mental health.
