"A body of standards of action or conduct prescribed by a controlling authority, and having binding legal effect" is how I would define law. A law is something that citizens are required to respect and observe or face penalties or criminal penalties.

What do you think will happen if there is no law?

Without law, there would be anarchy throughout the world or nation. Our lives will be in more risk, and crime will increase.

Why do you think there are still people who keep on disobeying laws?

People who disobey law have their own reason why they are doing that even though they know it is a crime. Possible reasons, maybe because of poverty.

Criminal Law- If someone is found guilty of a crime or there is compelling evidence that they have committed one, they will face charges under various laws, including the criminal laws, which establishes their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and mandates punishment.

Corporate Law- The branch of law known as corporate law regulates the rights, interactions, and behavior of individuals, corporations, organizations, and businesses. The phrase refers to the theory of corporations or the legal practice of corporate law. (Source)

International Law- International law is a body of treaties and agreements between countries that regulates how they deal with other countries, their residents, and their businesses.

Commercial Law- Commercial law is the body of law that governs the rights, interactions, and behavior of people and businesses engaging in trade, sales, merchandising, and other forms of commerce. It addresses both private and public law issues and is frequently regarded as a subset of civil law.

Family Law- Family-related issues and domestic relations are covered by the field of law known as family law, often known as marital law or the law of domestic relations.

Constitutional law- A body of law known as constitutional law establishes the function, authority, and organization of several governmental bodies, including the executive, the legislative, and the judicial branch.

Labor Law- The interaction between employees, employers, unions, and the government is mediated by labor law. The tripartite connection between the union, the employer, and the employee is addressed by collective labor law. Individual labor law is concerned with workers' rights at work, including through the employment contract.

Intellectual Property Law- Intangible works of human intellect are included in the category of property known as intellectual property. Different nations recognize different kinds of intellectual property to varying degrees. Copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets are the most popular varieties.

Conclusion

Law is very important in every nation. Law is the one who maintains peace and to avoid high risk of crime and abusing. These 8 kinds of laws have their own functions in our country. Either, we like it or not we must abide in law. I hope that this will help you to have more knowledge about laws in our Country.
