INGREDIENTS OF JHAL MURI

  • 1 cup puffed rice

  • 1 small finely chopped onion

  • 1 small boiled,peeled,finely chopped potato

  • 1 small finely chopped tomato

  • 2 inches finely chopped ginger

  • 1 small finely chopped cucumber

  • 4 finely chopped green chilli

  • 2 teaspoon raw peanuts

  • 2 tablespoon aaloo bhujia

  • 4 tablespoon mustard oil

  • 4 pinches salt

HOW TO MAKE JHAL MURI

Step 1 / 2

To make this popular Bengali snack recipe, take a deep glass bowl and add puffed rice, tomato, potato, onion, ginger, cucumber, green chili, raw peanuts and bhujiya in it. Mix these ingredients gently with a spoon.
