This is a healthy recipe that have a lot of nutrients in terms of fiber and protein. It is very easy to make also. Likely a salad. It is a bit bitter though.
Ingredients:
Bittergourd (8 pieces )
3 eggs
1 tomato
1 onion
4 pieces of garlic
Procedure:
Cut the Bittergourd into thin slices and soak them in cold water. Set aside as the water seeps the bitterness away.
Prepare the eggs as scrambled in one bowl.
Cut the onions, garlic, tomatoes into minced pieces
Wash the Bittergourd and remove the water.
Put oil and sauté garlic, onions, tomatoes, finally add the Bittergourd, stir fry for about 5 minutes, add eggs.
Put salt and pepper to taste.
