Shrimp Stew With Vegetables

This is a very simple dish to make, even if you make it from scratch the soup will still taste great. Because the soup is made tasty by natural flavors of the shrimp, and the added vegetables in the recipe. So I hope you will like this recipe and try to make it when you cook next time for dinner or in the lunch as this will provide a lot of nutrition and energy throughout the day. I did eat this for lunch today I am so full. You can add rice as side dish or just eat it with the added vegetables.

 

Ingredients:

 

Shrimp half kg or half kg

Chopped onions 1-2 piece

Lettuce (any desired amount)

Okra “”

Salt

Sour condiments like tamarind

 

Procedure:

 

Wash thoroughly the shrimp before cooking. Also wash the vegetables that you will add. Cut the onions.

 

Simply bring the water to a boil and add the shrimp. Add the chopped onions. Boil it for 20 minutes until the shrimp is cooked.

 

Add the lettuce and okra. Keep it boiling for 5 minutes. Until the vegetables are cooked.

 

Finally add the tamarind and salt to taste.

 

It is ready.

Yes you should try it. It tastes very well. This stew is very simple to make since the shrimps already acts as a broth with vegetables it really gives out natural refreshing seafood flavor.

Thanks @kuhu yes it is very delicious. You can add more spices if it’s too bland I prefer mine with sour tamarind 😆
