My sister made this dessert that is why I know the procedure as well..
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder, ( My sister used just roasted cacao..)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs, room temp
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 1/2 of red food color
Powder sugar for coating
Procedure:
Sift the flour then Add salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, mix them.
On a separate bowl add sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla extract, red food color
Mix the 2 bowls together
Cover the dough mixture with plastic wrap.
First you must Chill for 4 hrs the dough mixture
Then freeze for 1 hr this dough mixture
Notes:
Use 1/2 tablespoons for scooping the dough
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 mins
For the Cream cheese filling:
1/2 bar cream cheese
1/4 butter
3-4 tablespoons of powder sugar
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of milk
