Our family celebrates three birthdays for the month of February, my niece on the 10th turned 11 years old, my nephew on the 16th turned 5 years old and my husband will turn 33 on the 18th. So, we decided to go on an out of town exclusive stay to celebrate.
Allow me to share with you the place where we are currently staying as we are still here right now as of this writing.
This is Seaheart1 Resort in Biking, Dauis, Bohol. I found this resort on Facebook last year. I personally wanted to stay here during the Christmas break but the resort was fully booked already. We were able to book for February 2021 instead.
Our exclusive stay was between the 15th to 17th of February.
The resort house entrance facing the ocean. The house is owned by an American but are currently being rented by a Korean national and a Chinese national who are also making business out of it.
The Chinese New Year was just a few days ago so that explains the Chinese lanterns here.
From the entrance, this area is right away the front desk and dining area. There are also rooms here, on the left is a fan room for guests and the other one is a storage room.
At the far end, the resort renter set up a huge chiller for their own little sari sari store. There's a dining set over there and a karaoke thing which we were not able to avail because it was not part of our night stay.
The kitchen is on the far left. Unfortunately, the agent who had advertised this on Facebook forgot to inform us to bring our own plates and utensils so it was disappointing that we have to go out again to buy paper plates and utensils. My sister in law even have to go to Tagbilaran City to get some other things.
What we are very excited about the pool, we have three kids and two babies in the house so we bought floaters for each of them.
The resort also has a lounge area next to the pool which could have been better if properly maintained. We were not able to spend time here because the rain gets into the roof and the furniture gets wet. My niece however found a way to get her baby's hammock there.
View of the house from the pool. The swimming pool was just perfect for the kids to enjoy and the adults as it has a shallow area and a deeper one. There's also a jacuzzi! The caretaker cleans it every morning.
On the other side is the ocean, it has a great view and we wish there was a direct access to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay, although there are some issues which can be avoided by informing us but nonetheless, we still had a great time.
