Catharsis is a process in which a person achieves peace of mind, purification and renewal by expressing his or her suppressed intense emotions and feelings in some form.
If a person does not do catharsis, then the emotions and feelings hidden inside him take the form of anger. If this anger does not come out in any way, then it comes out on the person himself. As a result, anger, anxiety, sadness and depression increase in human society.
It means cleansing and purification. I think it means expressing all your feelings and emotions. When we fail to express our feelings properly on various occasions, we become stressed because these incomplete and incomplete feelings make their home in the subconcious.
Every human being catharsis in his own way. Someone writes a poem, someone writes a prose, someone draws a picture, someone carves a statue, someone shouts in anger, someone sheds salty water from his eyes, and someone speaks on his own.
