Good Afternoon Friends...




My topic is "depression".




i know many of us are dealing with it.some of you can't handle stress, depression they go for a wrong way like drinking,  alcohol, smoking, sucide etc...


 


I have some solution how to get rid of depression.




Close your eyes take a deep breath and say to yourself its okay i can do it and even if I can't it will be okay.


Give relaxation to your mind it is very important to relax your mind. Depression is a kind of cancer if you got victim of it.it will spread in your mind and soul so rapidly and eat with suicidal thoughts.


if you don't have luxurious life its okay. You've gained weight its okay. 


you are struggling for something its okay. 


why so much worrying and comparing your life with others..??


if you're not blessed with loving partner it's okay maybe you got it one day. 


keep your hope high faith strong. Try to time please stop calling yourself unlucky.




Try to engage your mind in differet activities. Do things that make you happy. Try to stop overthinking about yourself. 


you're beautiful, perfect the way you are. You don't need to proof anybody.if you're going to bad worthless .keep going .


Good things take time. Try to express your feelings or at least write about it on paper. Writing is best way to reduce depression. your mind will feel relaxed.
