Exercise is the exercise of moving the limbs of our body. No person can enjoy good health without physical exercise. It protects our good health. It enhances the performance of our body and keeps the body strong. Exercise is very important to keep the body fit and strong. It keeps our body disease free.

There is a saying that health is wealth. In a real sense, health is a basic human resource. Disease-free health is considered to be the main source of human success and happiness.

There are many types of body exercises. Walking, running, swimming, jumping, running, sports, exercise and yoga are common types of exercise. Football, cricket, hockey, table-tennis, long tennis, badminton and kabaddi are the best physical exercises.

Not all body types are suitable for everyone. Older people who walk and run are also quite beneficial to diabetic patients. Swimming, football, cricket, hockey, volleyball and kabaddi are very useful for the youth.

There is a suitable time for physical exercise and exercise. Morning and afternoon are the best time to exercise. Swimming is a good time to take a bath. Waking up is a good time to do yoga exercises.

Exercise and body exercises are very necessary for us. A person cannot be happy without physical exercise. Our lives are full of struggles and pain. Physical exercise causes a lot of pain and struggle. It improves our health. It helps us to be strong, powerful and hardworking.
