If cryptocurrencies are in a marathon to become number 1, right now we are still at the first 100 meters of this marathon. Why do I say that? The Internet (used to be ARPANET) was invented in the 1960s. It took about 35 years for such an important technology to go mainstream. Today, it would be difficult for you to imagine your life without access to the Internet.
In contrast, cryptocurrencies have only existed for around 10 years and still a long way from mainstream usage. Go to a random shop and try to pay with crypto, most likely you can’t (yet). You are lucky because if you are reading this, then you are an early adopter of such technology. More than that, I would argue that you can be a pioneer and a leader of the Bitcoin Cash community.
A leader wasn’t born a leader. A leader is a leader by virtue of their own actions. A leader takes responsibilities to make things happen and do things that are deserving of respect from others. That is why others follow and look up to these leaders. And I am arguing today, that anyone including you, can take similar actions, take responsibility and ownership, contribute towards the growth of Bitcoin Cash and become a leader of this peer to peer cash movement.

Leaders don’t sit around and hope for things to happen. Leaders take actions to make things happen. They take deliberate actions to change the course of history. For Bitcoin Cash to go mainstream, it is our responsibilities, yours and mine, to make it happen.
I own a company that has been around for more than 10 years and life was getting too comfortable. Thanks! "Leader" is a charged word in this decentralized project. I think of it as BCH needing lot's of heroes, but I think it is the same idea.
