Importance of a balanced diet

Why is it important to have a balanced diet every day?

One of the most important nutrients the body needs on a daily basis is protein. It helps in the growth and repair of damaged muscles used on a daily basis. It can be found in meats, beans, eggs, tofu, and more.
5. Milk
Drinking milk and eating processed products such as cheese and yogurt are the main sources of calcium mineral. It takes bones to stay strong and stable.
6. Essential oils
The body also needs certain types of essential oils in order for the body to absorb certain types of nutrients that are fat-soluble or just mix with fat. But always remember to choose only unsaturated fats that are usually available in plants such as olive oil and oily fruits such as avocado.
