We were planning to spend the weekend at Samal Island but we are cancelling it. No good to spend the day in the beach while it’s raining. Hays! I woke up in a cold weather and it’s the first time that I used the blanket since the day we moved here. Cold. Cold. Cold!!!

Hello everyone!!! Good morning! Every morning sinasakay ko sa basket ng bisekleta itong cute na puppy. Oreo seems to like it and alam na niya paano i-position ang sarili niya para makita yung daan. Alam na niya din yung name niya. Pag tinatawag ko tatakbo agad sakin. Haha!

Nag dinner lang kami sa kabilang bahay pagbalik eh sabi ko tatamabay muna ako sa barbershop tapos heto na, may pumasok na customer. Maalinsangan kasi ang panahon ngayon, daming nagpapagupit kahit gabi na.

Nakatulog talaga ako. Mainit kasi. 1:00pm pa ako natulog at ngayon lang nagising. Maka-ilang beses ata ako chineck ni jowa kanina, ang sabi pa eh humihilik daw ako. Hahaha! Siya nga pala, nanguha si jowa ng tambis kanina sa likod lang naman ng barbershop. Wala naman siya masyado customer basta weekdays kaya hayun umakyat kanina sa puno ng tambis. Kamusta po ang all dito?

Sunday pero ngayon lang ako nakapagpahinga. Kung dati yung duyan ko eh maganda ang view, ngayon iyo na. Pader na lang. Haha! Tapos may electric fan pa ako sa likod ko banda kasi maalinsangan ang panahon although maulap naman. Si Jowa naman na busy sa barbershop. Madaming nakapila. Andito ako sa bahay ng ate kasi walang kasama mga bata. May okasyon kasi sa side ng brother-in-law ko kaya kahapon pa sila ng hapon wala. Ako yung nagbabantay sa mga bata pati na din sa tindahan. Taga-luto at taga linis. Mababait naman itong dalawang tiyanak ko na pamanagkin kaya ok lang. Medyo pihikan lang sa pagkain. Eh sorry sila, si tita nila ang boss. Hahaha! Kaya kakain talaga sila ng gulay. No choice sila sa akin. Antok ako. Di ako masyado nakatulog kagabi.

Geez!! And so my crypto trading had just begun. Hihi. After days and weeks of watching tutorials, I finally got the courage to start trading! I started with 10.44 usdt and end up with 10.51 usdt, two sets of trades. I think the best words to always put in mind and heart is ‘don’t be greedy’. I have a gut feeling that I can do well on this. For now, I’ll sleep na. Good night!

Woke up and checked the price. Pinag aaralan ko pa mag trade bago mag trade talaga. Ang sarap sana bumili kahit isa lang kaso wala akong pera. Haha! High time to save and hodl. Wooooo! Excuse our kaldero. Gabi/taro. Best to cook in coconut milk. Sabi nila pag magluluto ka daw neto bawal haluin kasi makati daw ang kinalabasan. Di ako masyado nagluluto neto kasi takot ako baka makati. Pero mas gusto ko yung may stalk. Masarap kasi yung stalk kesa dito.

Finally!! Our barbershop is open! Yay!! It’s been a week now since we moved back here at Davao. My body is still adjusting to the humid weather and dust. Been sneezing and coughing for the past days and can’t get a good night sleep. We opened the barbershop yesterday. It isn’t big or fancy but we offer quality cuts and shaves. I did the layout for the tarpaulin using canva. A fresh start and we are doing fine. It’s not much but we are happy.

Meet Oreo, pur new puppy. And guess who gave tue name Oreo to this cute pup? Me! I like to name our pets based on foods. Choco, Chippy, Lala and now Oreo. Well, Snowey is an exception. He got a white fur and he looked like a snowball when he was little. Oreo i'tn hyper. He likes to sleep a lot!

Better late than never. I cooked bilo-bilo this afternoon. Yayy! We planned to cook yesterday but it never happened because my sister needed to travel to the province. It’s perfect today because it’s raining and it’s cold! Ahhhh! It’s just almost 4:00pm but it feels like 5pm or 6pm. Cold cold cold!

Left with the kids. My niece had just discovered how to use a smart tv. Lol! She had been staying in her room the whole day until I ‘summoned’ her outside. It’s hood to be back here in the house after almost three years. Well, we aren’t really staying here. We live in the other house, a few meters away from here.

November 2, and the spooky season is almost over and that means vacation is over for the workers and students.

I miss the life in province. Ahhh! This was taken yesterday when I took a walk down to the main road. Carrying a basket filled with all our stuff and my precious electric fan in my other hand! Backpack and my sling bag filled with things. It was heavy! My partner went to our mother’s house that time. Ahhhh! I need to arrange our things in the room. We are done with the laundry.

Unluckily, the WiFi connection at my sister’s house can’t reach at our new place. It’s just a few meters away. I tried my Tenda modem it doesn’t work too. Lol! The occupants of the Monkey Shack will leave tomorrow. Ahhhhh!! This place has been our home for the last three months. I will miss cleaning this place, making it tidy and a little place of haven for us. I will miss the black pepper plants. Hahaha!

black pepper, (Piper nigrum) Do you wonder what a black pepper plant looks like? Well, here it is. It’s a vine that could last for years. It will take five to six years for the vine to bear fruits if we will use a seed. Uhmmmm... I consider it a fruit because the plant bears flowers and then turns them into seeds, I suppose. Lol! Nah! Not sure about it. My friend has a lot of black pepper plants on his farm. I picked a few mature ones to bring with me back to the city. Of course, I’ll get some stems too for planting. I can plant it in a big pot. For the stems, it’ll only take two to three years to bear fruits.

Sun is peeking and I hope this will be a sunny day! I am done cleaning the fallen leaves and also did a bit of cleaning inside our room. I will pack the rest of our things that we have after breakfast. I will miss this place. Ah!

Yesterday, we visited our mother’s house. And look who I found lying under the table? It’s Snowy!! He’s a big pup now. He doesn’t like cats and would scare them away if he spotted one stepping on his territory. He is a friendly pup outside but when another dog comes in to his territory, he would fight and scare it away. Sweet and playful, and feisty. Lol! My nephew loves Snowy, when he wakes up every morning he would immediately checks on Snowy. My little snow fur ball has grown! Still cute.

Yeah, it’s still raining but we still went to mg mother’s house. After five months of not speaking to her, I finally got the courage to come home and said my goodbye to her. I also lit a candle on my Papa’s grave. We just arrived back at our place, we bought meat for dinner and I will cook stew with this banana bud that I bought for ₱20! ₱20, my partner laugh. We have plenty of this when we were still living at my sister’s farm. Geez! ₱20.

It’s a rainy Friday morning!!!! Early morning grind while still on bed! Geez! It’s cold. Made a few bukcs already answering a survey for a new integrated messaging app. Ah! Honestly, I don’t like the idea of it. I think I need to find a new messaging app that isn’t connected to that company. Lol! Well, they call it innovation. I will be going to our house in the afternoon and sAy goodbye to our mother, and also get my things. I won’t be back maybe in the next five years, not until my sister changes her attitude.

I miss eating this edible fern from the wild. My partner used to bring a lot of these everytime he goes to our house. Flowers for me? Nope! It’s vegetables for me. Haha! Well, this day is productive. Yayy! I washed our dirty clothes although it rained hard. It’s fine. Then I organized our stuff and I started packing our things. We will be moving to the city this coming Sunday. This got sketchy between me and my sibling. So I will just leave this place and start a new life together with my partner. We are hoping for the best!

These are my socks. 24 pairs plus the other two that I washed earlier, that’s 26 pairs in total and 7 colors with no pairs. Lol! I really wearing socks even when I sleep. Makes me feel comfortable. I have no plans adding a few more pairs this year, but maybe next year.

So that was it! We cleaned the farm resort until it was almost dark yesterday. We then sat in one of the benches and just talk about our future until 7:00pm. Ate our dinner at around 7:30 and slept at around 9:00pm. I just woke up. My partner at around 4:45 and since I was really sleepy, I told him to pack the fried fish for his breakfast. He might get home by lunch. Well for me, I will wash our dirty clothes and pack our some of our things. We will be leavibg on Sunday to start a new journey in the city. Let’s get this day done! ….but first of all lemme have my cup of coffee. Hehe
