Pork skin. Pardon me my dear Muslim brothers and sisters. You can just scroll down and skip my post. I am making chicharon. Last night I boiled cleaned, sliced and drained the water. I’ll be drying these today and will try to fry it later. Chicharon is one of our favorite snacks. We have a friend that has a catering services, and gave us a lot of pork skin. This is my first time to make chicharon. I hope it will turn out right.
