Cooking our breakfast for today. It’s 7:00am already! Oh my! I harvested a few eggplants and mature bittergourd from our garden. I will cook that for our breakfast. I am using firewood to save gas and money. Lol!

Mature bitter gourd? I thought you had to eat bitter gourd while it was still green? Am I wrong?
