Good evening to all of you friends... And Asslam o alaikum to all of you.. Some fitness rules are here.. Waking up early in the morning correlated with batter grades... Use healthy food.. Use vegetables... Use eggs and milk in your diet... Avoid junk foods.. Go for a walk daily in the morning...
