Seekh Kabab
As soon as the winter season starts in Pakistan, people like to eat BBQ foods to eat. One of them is Seekh kabab which is the most famous dish among the BBQ which is famous in all seasons. It is a traditional food recipe in every part of the country also many of the other nations and countries.
Seekh Kababs are of many kinds, like chicken kabab, beef kabab, chicken Rashmi kabab, chicken cheese kabab, etc.
On Monday dated 14th of December, I went to the Salt in Paper, the Mall Lahore to celebrate my Birthday. My family ordered the traditional chicken "Seekh Kabab", which was served very beautifully in a plater. It was beautifully garnished with green salad leaves which beautify its color and taste.
The most delicious nan i.e. garlic/Kalonji nan was ordered with kabab: -
The said food items were served with mint raita and salad which also have very delicious.
We enjoyed the delicious meal.
