Digestion is a chemical process, and almost all chemical processes are accelerated by the heat.Therefore,during cold winter weather,it follows that your stomach can digest hot food, or at least hot food, more easily than cold, which needs to be warmed up first. This is something that people with a weak stomach should keep in mind. It will do well to avoid eating ice cold unless it is eaten like ice cream, which you eat so slowly that it first warms in your mouth before swallowing. If you eat food that is kept in the refrigerator, it may benefit to at least let them reach room temperature before you eat them.When your friends vists on the next cold winter's day, rather than serving cold drinks, it's better to serve something warm!

Yes, reasonably the weather is cold and eating cold food is inexpedient. Warm foods or beverages do the body better in cold weather. Thanks.

It is also very important to get some exercise somehow during the winters. I know it’s hard but every small bit helps!
