The real estate market is the market where properties (land or building) are bought and sold. Unlike the share market where you have one platform to invest (the stock exchange where different companies have listed their shares for buying and selling), real estate is not an organized market. In order to invest or trade in real estate you have two options, one you buy property from the developers and sell the property through an agent, or sell it back to the developer; two, you buy property from individual homeowners or sell it to the individual homeowners by using a real estate agent as a broker (hiring a broker might be unnecessary, though). If you have $100, you can start investing in the stock market. Well, you will not be able to buy Tesla stock which costs more than $1000 but you might buy stocks from the companies that cost less than $100 or even by penny stocks of Tesla company. But in the real estate market, you can not start investing with $100, you need a lot of money to invest, imagine investing $100,000 and more. The real estate market is for those who have a lot of money.

Real Estate Vs. Crypto Market

If you want to invest in real estate, you need a lot of money. You might also need a lot of money to invest in cryptocurrency, but you can still benefit from crypto marketing by investing a small amount. You can try investing in low-priced coins like doge. However, crypto is very risky as the price might go very low and never again go up.

I do not think that will be considered a wise decision considering the fact that cryptocurrency is a volatile market and real estate is one of the secured investments. However, it is also true that when major cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and Ethereum start to grow, they grow exponentially. YOu can check the price history I see Ethereum following the footstep of Bitcoin. It may not be as big as bitcoin but it will of course grow very big. Crypto experts are already predicting that the price will go to $10,000 very soon. After Ethereum, I think the BNB coin also has that kind of potential to grow very big.

Is Real Estate the Best Investment?

I do not see any disadvantage in purchasing land. In fact, I believe it is better to invest in land compared to a house. YOu can invest a comparatively low amount, yet receive more profits. For example, if a piece of land cost x, you might have to pay 2x to buy a house. However, if you are selling back the house 5 years later you might hot get a better price for your house because with each passing year the price of your house depreciates because the house will continue to age. You might get just 10-20 percent profits by selling your house, however, you might get 3X or even 5 for your land 5 years later because the price of land never goes down. The only disadvantage, if it can be called a disadvantage that I see is you can start collecting rental income or save money in rents when you invest in a house, whereas you might not directly make an income from your landed property. However, this does not mean you cannot rent out your land. You can still rent out your land for a warehouse etc. and collect rental income. If have a piece of land you can take a loan to construct your own home.

Earning Passive Income From Real Estate Investment

Real Estate is a passive income, probably, the best passive income source. You earn from real estate in two ways, one, you invest in properties, hold the properties for a few years and sell for higher profits, two, you invest in properties, rent out your properties, and you earn rental income. The second method can be considered a better strategy because you are able to compound your profits, first, you earn rental income which you can use to pay back the loan in case you bought the property with a bank loan, two, when you are collecting rental income your property price will also continuously increase and if you decide to sell your property, you will earn profits. The best thing about real estate investment is you can invest and sleep relaxed and then one day wake up and sell back your property to earn profits. You make money when you are sleeping. However, the major drawback of making passive income from real estate investment is the amount of money you need to invest in the real estate property. You need a lot of money, not just one thousand or two thousand dollars, but hundreds of thousand dollars. This is not for people who do not have money.
