Here's what your stomach would say,about your eating habits when and what

I think it would be good for you to help me with what I really need

1 I need 3 meals a day,no more than 3 because I have a strict schedule that helps me work optimally

2 The big importance is to take care of the hours you do this is important for me and for you for everything to work perfectly

3 In the morning at 8 o'clock then it is morning not at 10 o'clock ,😡😁then around 1pm

the last meal at around 8pm

What do you eat when you eat and hoyw much do you eat

No matter what I ate at a meal, no matter what or how much I need 5.6 hours between meals

4I want you to understand that I need 2 liters of liquids, but that means water, juice, cofee, or soup are not liquid

If you still want to drink juices, at least drink natural juices, don't stress me with carbonated juices

5 Evening without table in the late hours, I explained to you 3 meals are enough for me a day if you respect the digestion hours the last meal I tell you not to be later than 8 o'clock in the evening

6 I want you to know,when you grab and nibble on a pretzel, a croissant between meals,and you think that it doesn't matter ,it is wrong

If you study, you will see that those hours are more likely to make you fat ,from that snack10 and 15

If you fail to meet these simple requirements then at least get some sleep,I also have limits and other ways of being in shape I don't know

7 Come on, forgetting coffee ,and alcohol, it doesn't help me at all, but still if you still consume them, at least they should be in smaller quantities.

8 eat as healthy as possible, and be careful not to overdo ,this will help me to function optimally, so and you will be the same

Cook food as you like, but don't forget a healthy meal is a simple meal

End of day last meal time,

9 I have no problem with sweets,sauces or toast but remember that it will take about 3 times longer to digest them compared to a salad or ,some fruit

And you should know that as long as I am busy digesting any shaorma or french fries or heavy food I will be busy getting rid of the excess and during this time you will not be fed energy

10 Now seriously at night even I sleep and so I have no desire to digest what you served at dinner late at 11 p.m

Rather, I'm tidying my body so you can be in good shape the 2nd day,ifI'm pissed, I won't be able to make order you anymore and I'll split those calories where I can

so that you don't stress me out in the late hours with meals at those hours.

at those hours I prefer to sleep like you and on the 2nd day to help you be in the best shape
