I guess in the time our most of us have had trouble sleeping or we have

Problems that occur due to too much stress, too much coffee, or caffeinated juices

Or too much time on the computer phone, which in the evening when we look at the screen the brightness drives away sleep

And so we want to sleep at some point between 22:00 and 24:00,when most people with a job go to sleep to wake up at 6:00 in the morning

And so you go to bed and try to sleep but soon you realize that you are dreaming with your eyes open, you wake up that you have your mind on all sorts of things, like what you will do tomorrow in a week, leave how many days are left until you take leave

Then you say I'm ready to go to bed, I don't think about anything but sleep,take a look at your watch and notice that it's already 1:30 at night

You think like tomorrow you're going to be a zombie at work and you're trying to sleep for at least a few hours

However, the hours go by but sleep doesn't want to come,you take the pillow in your arms, or your partner, girlfriend but no sign of sleep

So, what to do. to be able to sleep,you will think a sleeping pill solves the problem, maybe if you take one too late and instead of 06:00 in the morning you will wake up 3.4 hours later

plus you can become addicted to these pills and again it would not be a good thing

But one solution may be that nutrition seems like pre-sleep foods can help you get a good night's sleep.

Bagels, grapes, bananas,precum si pestele , orice tip de peste and some soy products can help if eaten in the evening to have a good night's sleep

Personally, I would definitely choose fruits or foods that are more helpful than sleeping pills

It would be another detail in the evening to have an empty stomach, to eat. Less even if we are hungry and we really like cooked food.

probably a soothing music in the background could also help to relax the body to get to sleep
