Working remotely as a result of a pandemic can have a negative effect on mental health. While it's true that you've changed the tiny cubicle, or the boss breathing down your neck, you've also lost things like conversations between collegues.

Great flexibility brings great responsibility. It requires a lot of self-motivation to stay focused and productive, and working from home can be very distracting, especially for those with children and other members of the family who are also at home. Then there are other conditions that make it difficult to concentrate, such as depression or anxiety.

For my mental health, the first thing I do when I wake up is think of three things I'm grateful for and then I smile.😊
