Rising from the Suburbs: The Ginger Cookie Entrepreneur's Tale

After several days of preparing for the event, the day had finally arrived. Her entrepreneurship was constant work.

Deciding to make gingerbread cookies that simulated the rich flavor of oatmeal, were natural, and had that delicious spiciness that spicy lovers loved so much, was not an easy task.

He had been developing this idea for more than two years. His dream was always to have the opportunity to participate in a program or for some strong entrepreneur or one of these important businessmen to be his sponsor and help him with the business.

All the time he had welcomed this idea and, above all, since he was left alone in the world without having relatives, without having brothers, without having a wife or children. So it was quite difficult for him to move on.

However, he found motivation in these great entrepreneurs. He told himself that if they could build their business from scratch, why couldn't he?

So he decided to start from his small 20 by 20-foot apartment, actually a small room that he lived in in the suburbs.

He started trying mixes. To do this, he first went to the markets very early and, although at first he was embarrassed to accept it, he collected the pieces of ginger that were left over from the day's sales.

Those pieces that nobody wanted to buy because they were ugly, they were damaged, they were beaten.

He would take them, take them to his apartment, clean them, prepare them in a very hygienic way with a very special process that included immersing them in a caramelized water solution.

This gave them a very special flavor and removed all the bacteria they might have at that time.

In this way he managed to prepare during these 2 years. In the same neighborhood, he would ask his neighbors and friends to help him try the cookies.

Thus he was having test groups that told him if the taste was good or not, and they told him how to improve it. Until he got to the point of making his ultimate creation: gingerbread cookies with raisins.

After submitting his application online to participate in this contest for entrepreneurs, he had the great fortune to be called. He was going to record a live television show.

He attended the event after these two years with the surprise of being able to participate and not only that, but of being well received by all these investors with a shark smile.

They were called that because they were business sharks, big businessmen.

He was lucky that the 5 who were there saw his proposal very favorably and in a very interesting way.

He received proposals from each of the 5. The 5 fought for him and he definitely decided to go for an alliance with the 5 people.

They reached an agreement and the 5 managed to sponsor it. So they weren't the only ones who had a shark smile, but our protagonist also achieved his goal.

This is a sample of how, being an entrepreneur, you can go a long way if you have the discipline, you do things correctly and you have the motivation.
