The story begins with a man tasked with evaluating an old Victorian house for habitability. While exploring the mansion, he discovers a mysterious attic with a drawer containing a red book emblazoned with enigmatic symbols.
Intrigued, the man takes the book, and at that moment, a supernatural energy fills the air, plunging him into a dark and paranormal world.
In this new dimension, the protagonist finds himself surrounded by strange creatures. He soon discovers that he must find his "familiar", a being that will choose him and accompany him for the rest of his life.

However, the familiar is a one-legged creature that relentlessly pursues him. The man realizes that he must feed the familiar with human lives before midnight, otherwise he himself will become the next victim.
Tormented by his moral dilemma, the man is forced to murder innocent people to satisfy the needs of the relative. However, when the man mysteriously disappears, the killings cease immediately, leaving a murky and unnerving ending.
This story, which I present to you as an alternate version of the legend of the famous Jack the Ripper, leaves fans wondering about the fate of the protagonist and how his transformation in this new world led him down a dark and sinister path.
What really happened to Jack the Ripper in this new dimension? . My story invites you to reflect and imagine the outcome of this disturbing story.
