The only regret I felt is that I failed to express my feelings to someone. Having an unexpressed feelings is such a painful experience.
Yes, I feel you.. But remember this, If we do not allow ourselves to feel and express what we want to say, something in this world will force us to that. Or go to the mountains or a field and yell until you lose your voice. Lol 😉
Imagine, hiking on a mountain just to shout. I better go grab a burger and eat instead😅
