Today I was sitting in my room and my daughter came and ask me for cooking some thing for dinner. So we decide to make broast at home.
From markete purchase 3kg chicken and some grocery, fruits and come back home,
here I am sharing with you the process of making broast at home.
Make the pieces of chicken and make some cuts on it. then took 6,7 green chilli and half cup viniger and put in grinder and find it well after I mix it with chicken put 1 table spoon salt and 2 lemon juice and also put some water leave in for two hours.
After two hours just drain water dont wash it, keep the chicken for for become dry,
Spices for merination.
1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon white paper, 1/2 table spoon black paper, 2 tablespoon garlic and junger paste, 3 tablespoon vinegar, 3 tablespoon chilli sauce, mix it well and then lap on Chiken very well and keep it in refrigerator for hour.
After one hour put in dourness and mix it well, one by one dip in simple water and for a while and keep it for little bit dry again mix it with dourness and put it in hot oil for ten minutes on low flame.
Broast is ready to eat let us enjoy
