Broast At home
**🌹🌴Assalam u Alikum🌴🌹**
**Today I was sitting in my room and my daughter came and ask me for cooking some thing for dinner. So we decide to make broast at home.**
**From markete purchase 3kg chicken and some grocery, fruits and come back home,**
**here I am sharing with you the process of making broast at home.**
**Make the pieces of chicken and make some cuts on it. then took 6,7 green chilli and half cup viniger and put in grinder and find it well after I mix it with chicken put 1 table spoon salt and 2 lemon juice and also put some water leave in for two hours.**
**After two hours just drain water dont wash it, keep the chicken for for become dry,**
**Spices for merination.**
**1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon white paper, 1/2 table spoon black paper, 2 tablespoon garlic and junger paste, 3 tablespoon vinegar, 3 tablespoon chilli sauce, mix it well and then lap on Chiken very well and keep it in refrigerator for hour.**
**After one hour put in dourness and mix it well, one by one dip in simple water and for a while and keep it for little bit dry again mix it with dourness and put it in hot oil for ten minutes on low flame.**
**Broast is ready to eat let us enjoy**
