Covid-19 Pandemic had bring a lot of changes in our daily life, No one expect this to be happen. No one had been prepared. Lot of us lost their jobs. Families that lost their love one's because they got infected by the virus.

Suddenly, the normal life we used to lived for years has changed, no more mass gathering, no more travel and even just a small talk with friends without wearing a mask is not allowed anymore. It really got a big impact, some dont take it seriously but some really afraid to get infected by the virus.

At some point, yes there's someting we should be afraid of. But, i am so amaze to those people that find this opportunity to look what they can do to earn money while staying at home some starts their own business, some start investing, some got hired on a work from home jobs, etc,. Because not of us can do it. Mostly of us right now was dealing with depression and anxiety because they lost their jobs, or dealing with some serious personal problem.

"Yesterday, i got a bad news from my mother she tell me that her son's friend (Jema) try to kill his self because his girlfriend leave together with their daughter.I felt sad because that guy was younger than me but he never doubted to end his life. But the good news was he's safe and for rehabilition for a while."

Sometimes if its really so hurt and you can't take it all thats the only thing comes in our mind to stop the hurt by killing yourself. But thats not the solution. Do you know that you have to stop..stop thinking and thinking of that thing thats hurt you.. and keeps bothering you. Thats the first thing must do to save yourself from drowning to that negative thought.

I've learned a lot by this book and it has a lot more things that can help us to inspire and start to make up ourselves. :) Its worth to read.

We have to deal in different kind of problems everyday but please choose to fight, to stand until you have a life. πŸ’—

Having a positive mindset really helps. You just have to tell yourself that "worrying is useless". This will give you anxiety.
