The Journey Called Life! Hello read.cash fam! I hope you have been good? I've been away for some hours but I'm back and I'm gonna do something differently today. I was going through @Olasquare 's article when if finally struck me that I should attempt to do something in his style and here it goes. He talked about life in his way and has inspires mine but with a different perspective. I really hope that it comes out well.. https://read.cash/@Olasquare/such-is-life-aa2c2e93 *From the beginning, it seems like it's gonna be bed of roses* *Certainly free from stress, work and a lot of comfort.* *Everyone at your beck and call, rushing as the shrill sound of your cries fills the room.* *Everyone seems to be waiting on you and it felt so wonderful.* *You can't talk but the communication is strong and unique with a bond that is simply heavenly.* *You don't speak yet but they seem to hear your thoughts and meet your needs.* *It's just simply magical indeed but dosen't lasts forever like you'd hoped*. *Where has all the care gone? That connection, has it been severed you think.* *Before you recollect yourself, the attention begins to recede,* *As it recedes you still hold a certain level of positivity,* *Thinking that they're probably just trying to come up with ways to out best their usual performance.* *You take solace in the care you get on specific occasions and believe that things will get back to normal soon.* *A plethora of activities comes with soon, and so does the responsibilities,* *This wasn't the soon you were expecting but this soon seem to have come to stay.* *Having no choice, you delve in and try to fiddle your way around things.* *How does one survive this? your feeble mind asks.* *But you definitely take solace in the fact that you're not alone.* *As if that was not enough, the cares have all come to an abrupt halt.* *They have all left you and now fend for another, whose cries now send them all on their heels.* *Reality has finally hit, and it's now evident that it was a charade.* *This all too good fiasco was nothing but a facade,* *A facade that has waned to a very harsh reality.* *This reality doesn't seem kind at all, and the expectations that it brings are not tender either.* *You had thought those responsibilities were the worst, if only you knew.* *Now you're expected to find your way and help others with theirs.* *A choice you didn't have to make but was made in your stead.* *You opened your mouth to complain but they halted you before you could say the words.* *Welcome to life they said without bothering to explain.* *Life must be so unkind you think, cos the next few days are the worst .* *And just when you thought that was all,* *Someone dashed your hopes saying worse days are ahead.* *Another says ahead might be never for we could all die tonight.* *All the people in so called life seemed like villains.* *Does that mean I have to become one too? You ask.* *But then a kindhearted one surfaces and says,* *Tomorrow might just be a good day and we could see the light.* *Finally some positivity you sigh..* *A small ray of hope that is worth being held onto, in this ridiculous quest.* *You're overwhelmed but very much determined,* *Having hope as your armour and determination as your ally,* *You push to cross the finish line in the seemingly endless journey called life.* Author's Epilogue I am finally done with it. Wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, I guess I was just over whelmed by thoughts and they just flowed. Incase I am incoherent, I was simply describing life from a toddler's view to a young teenager and then an adult. **Thanks and I hope you enjoy it.** **Mhizutty the voice of truth 🎵🎶🎵**
