yesterday I went to my sister-in-law's house. I caught her cooking fried rice, but I wondered why she only fried garlic. I asked her "why is there no onion? She replied" I never used onion in fried rice and adobo .. of course I was surprised so I also tried what she was doing hehehe. it's also delicious even if it's just garlic only on the fried rice. But in adobo I still put onion.
