The Beauty Of A Tree

Can there be much else stunning

Than the magnificence of a tree?

Her leaves sparkling in the breeze,

Moving so nimbly.

The quality of her strong roots

That develops profound into the earth.

She's endured each turbulent storm

For all that she is worth.

Standing tall, tough

With her branches lifted high,

She wouldn't bow, to break or twist

Yet, arrives at upward to the sky.

The excellence of the quality inside

As she held her head up high.

Her solid strong soul

Developed wings and figured out how to fly.

For me, trees have always been the most penetrating preachers. I revere them when they live in tribes and families, in forests and groves. And even more I revere them when they stand alone. They are like lonely persons. Not like hermits who have stolen away out of some weakness, but like great, solitary men, like Beethoven and Nietzsche. In their highest boughs the world rustles, their roots rest in infinity; but they do not lose themselves there, they struggle with all the force of their lives for one thing only: to fulfil themselves according to their own laws, to build up their own form, to represent themselves. Nothing is holier, nothing is more exemplary than a beautiful, strong tree. Thank you for this friend.

I guess most of us love trees for they helped us a lot for generations up to now, its just sad that there are some people cutting down trees for money . They should change that mindset, if they cut they should also plant.
