How to overcome laziness

Hope you all are fine and doing well

I'm writing this article after self-experience because 2 months back I'm also a lazy girl but now I'm not

To overcome my laziness First thing you have to do is

"set your goals for every day"

If you wanna see yourself as an active person always set a goal, for example, every day in the night I set a goal for tomorrow like I set a goal to achieve 2$ daily from noise.cash to write one article on read.cash, and many other

When you set goals you get motivation by this and try hard to achieve it and by this, you keep yourself busy in achieving goals and you just keep yourself away from laziness without even noticing

Start your day with a glass of water and a healthy diet

Drinking water in the morning will increase the level of your metabolism and also help to prevent your face from acne and scars. Water also increases the number of red blood cells in your body and remove all toxins from the body

When you drink a glass of water in the morning your feel more energetic and relaxed

Eat balanced diet will also help you to overcome laziness

When you eat your breakfast early in the morning you feel full and more energetic to do work and if you eat your breakfast you will not feel energetic and always try to avoid doing anything even if they are important too

You just ignore your work

So eating a healthy breakfast with a glass of water first is very important to overcome laziness.

Do some exercise and jogging

When you do exercise and jogging you'll remove fat from your body and also you give strength to your muscles and when you do work you'll not feel low or stop your work in the middle because of tiredness or laziness

While doing exercise or jogging you reduce the risk of heart attack diabetes and many other diseases.

Eat Fruits

In the morning when you wake up within 20 min eat 1 fruit (banana, Apple, or whatever you like)

It is very important in the morning because in the morning our metabolism is low and when you eat something immediately you get energized and fruit is a thousand times better than coffee and tea

Because coffee and tea are full of sugar(empty carbs) so there is no fiber in them. And they release energy immediately while a banana has fiber they release energy

So because of banana, you feel energetic for 1 to 2 hours while with coffee tea you only feel energetic for 20 to 30 minutes

Keep your surrounding clean

The environment you create around yourself impact your inner environment

There is a direct connection between energy and cleanliness

Never be lazy if you don't have to do anything start cleaning

"Always keep yourself busy in work "

Because when you do work all the day at night you feel tired and sleep well and next morning wake up with next level of energy

Self-control

Self-controlling is very important like you're going to do some work but suddenly you remember you have to watch a movie today and you go and start watching movie because you don't have self control why don't you ask yourself to watch movie tomorrow or in free time and work now

Always control yourself and do what is right for you and keep you away from laziness..
