It is always been a pressure for being a teenager. In my opinion teenage is a complicated stage of human life. Some people may find it confusing some thinks it is frightening. The time period of teenage varies person to person. We as individuals living in different situations have to pass through different experiences in life.

All these experiences are responsible for the construction of our personality and brings a maturity in one's life, teens are the one's who lacks this experience.

And at the end the only thing matters in human life is what he/she became after passing through the hurdles of life.

Some survey shows that teenage is the stage of mixed emotions whether its anger, sadness, happiness, hate, love.

Now-a-days every 10th teenager i met thinks that they are not good enough to fit in the society, they think looks, status and strong background are the only things that can uplift their self-esteem and these things can help them to get accepted by the society.

Most of the Teenagers with low self-esteem getting trapped in negative activities like cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, harming themselves just because they are not good enough for the world. All this damage has been done by the so called social norms that has been elevated to this high that they are damaging these growing minds. These overated norms are effecting our next generation mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Teenagers are becoming resistance to emotions, family values. They don't care how much effort their parents are putting together to make world a happy place for them, they just care about the brand of cell phone in their hand, the latest designer bag released.

Because of their young brain's puberty development, teens are more likely than any other age group to become fascinated with any object, person, celebrity, or television series.

In 2021 teens are dealing with a lot of social, emotional, and cognitive upheaval, and their coping capacities are still developing. They have to rely on their parents, who have a more stable adult brain, to assist them by remaining calm, listening, and acting as excellent role models.

Their relationships with family and friends are at high risk because of the communication gap. This risk can lead them to substance abuse and depression.
