'Winter Is Coming'.Pro tips to stay healthy The cold and snow ❄️ of winter 🥶 are inevitable. On a variety of levels, this can be difficult for us. Dryness, bodily aches, weariness, coughs, flu 🤧, and even depression may become more prevalent. Have you ever observed that your body needs more food in the winter than it does in the summer? This is normal since the body is trying to protect itself from these pressures by nourishing itself. We can also become less active physically. When you eat too much food and exercise too little, you're setting yourself up for health problems and weight gain. Check out the following  techniques which i have added to my routine to keep my health and weight in check during the winter's cold and dryness. Health Advice on the Go: To avoid dehydration, I drink glasses of warm water.I try to stay away from cold foods and beverages, including ice cream 🍦. To improve circulation and increase body warmth, I eat freshly cooked warm foods, i try to consume more meat 🍖 like beaf, fish 🐟 or simply i can say i prefer protein rich food than usual. I prefer to wear natural fibre clothing like wool 🦙 and linen which will keep me warm. Carrots, pumpkins, spinach, sweet potatoes, cabbage, onions, and beans are all nutritious and comforting veggies and i love to eat them in winter season.I prefer eating iron rich green vegetables throughout the season. Normal sleep time is minimum eight hours a day, I try to get enough sleep so that my brain can function normally and after the completion of sleep i feel refreshing and active. I take a daily coconut 🥥 oil massage to moisturize my skin and calm my nervous system during this dry season. It contains fatty acids, which help to repair dry skin and make it soft and smooth. In winter season people become lazy and prefer to stay at home, i don't follow this pattern i do some yoga on daily bases or have a walk for few minutes outside the house to get some fresh air. i prefer consuming some herbal teas 🍵 instead of coffee ☕, as they really helps to boost my immune system and helps to prevent me from getting sick. Refined sugar is also known as white poison, i try to cut this from my diet as much as possible i instead use honey, brown sugar and dates as an alternative of white sugar. I love acoustic music so i make a playlist of my favorite tracks and play them while doing my house chores or while doing exercise or yoga. Music 🎶 of own choice is sometimes very soothing. Dry fruits is a gift from winter. I have a jar of dry fruits, i add my favorite types of dry fruits like peanuts 🥜, almonds, walnuts whatever i like in it and eat them as snacks. So these can lower my cravings for the unhealthy packet snacks. For better digestion i use spices like ginger, black pepper, cardamom, turmeric in my curry 🍛 . Sun🌞 is a rich source of vitamin D. I love taking sunbath during winter this can be beneficial for your bones especially for children of growing age. If i get flu 😷, i try to avoid mucous forming foods such as dairy 🧈, egg 🥚, and wheat 🌾,in addition to this i increase the intake of water as it reduces the production of sputum.I also take steams to get relief. I try to keep my bowels clean by increasing my fibre consumption. I consume gluten free grains that increases the metabolic rate of body such as quinoa, brown rice, and millet, which are high in nutrients. Increase the consumption of refined oil in your diet e.g Almond oil, coconut 🥥 oil, Olive 🫒 oil, grape oil etc as these oils are less in cholesterol and are good for your heart ❤️. Consume vitamin C rich fruits such as oranges, lemons, and tangerines to help the body eliminate toxins. Every day, try to bath 🚿 in warm water 💦 as it relaxes the muscles and provide a calming affect to the body and mind.

A Strong Step To Recover Let me introduce myself first, I am @Mehlaqa and i am a physiotherapist. When i was a teen i was always been fascinated by the concept of writing and expressing emotions through words. I am a diary writer and sometimes i also blog some events just to save those memories with my present emotions but those blogs and secret diary contents were never intended to get publish.Recently i got admission in a specialization program and for this purpose i have to move to hostel where i got to know about @read.cash from my roommate. Something clicked inside me that this might be the right time to express through this platform. Here is my first ever writing which is very close to my heart and i saved for so long hope you like it and if you learn atleast one thing from this then it will surely fullfill its purpose. Have a look! Good health is just a mind’s condition. Many theories of science has proved this fact that your mind has so much impact on your whole body that most of the complex diseases and abnormalities are due to effects of brain on your body. Now-a-days modern doctors and health experts know so much about different diseases but they are not aware about the true factors that are behind these diseases. Doctors always prefer to understand the symptoms of the disease, diagnose it and make a treatment plan to cure the disease but this method doesn’t fulfils a patient’s emotional need. To recover a patient from a disease they first have to recover their mind, thoughts and their perception of hopelessness. Due to the rapid change of lifestyle most men and women are facing so much mental pressure that is leading them to catastrophe. I know how does it feels to live a life full of stress and mental challenges. You don’t need anyone to satisfy you or any doctor to cure you. You can do this by yourself with a little effort. First take a ride of the self-catharsis method and point out things that what is wrong with your thinking? You can also write these points in a diary.Enlist all the emotional reactions or emotional breakdown you had in your life You can stop all the means which are indulge in your brain just because of your wrong thinking and wrong emotional reactions and these wrong thinking and reactions if not treated by time will cost you with bad health, sorrow and an unsatisfied life. Always remember in mental world ‘Like attracts like’. Whatever you feel or think in your mind, you will picturize it in real world. If you feel deep about things, your desires also become deep as well as your fears become deep. So all your fears will come true because your mind is going to picturize it in reality. My advice to you is to keep track of your emotions and thoughts. Whatever you are thinking or picturizing is going to be happen soon. Dr.Laren Gail (neurologist) has mentioned in his report that stress and sorrow can cause glaucoma and blindness. I met a women suffering from chronic arthritis in a self-development class. She was confined to wheelchair and is completely dependent upon her husband for her daily life activities. She came to me and said she heard me talking about that most diseases are due to negativity and wrong perceptions is this true? I said yes, hatred and negativity can change the chemical equations that normally occur in our body and this change could push humans towards diseases. The lady told me about her past life that how their son insulted her and her family, she had this fear all over her life that one day her son will grow up and become something that they both don’t want for him, a criminal or something else. And finally all her fears became reality, now she hates her son and don’t want to see his face. I make the women realize that all her problems are just because of her negative thinking that came to reality. She stuffed her mind with so many bad things that there was no room left for good things to happen in her life. The lady recognized her mistake and starts to develop a positive attitude towards life. She forgave her son. And after six months she became healthy and start her normal life activities without her husband assistance. Are u also suffering from emotional breakdown, hatred and jealousy? Do you have these types of feelings for someone else? If yes then be aware such types of feelings can cause chemical irritation in your body… Once my teacher told me about his experience that his toe got injured while playing tennis. He did not paid attention to his injured toe as a result his toe swelled badly. The wound worsened. He consulted his family doctor but did not get rid from the problem. He went to the specialist, the specialist told him the condition is serious and he is suffering from gangrene. By tomorrow if the foot does not cured by itself then they have to do surgery and cut his toe. My teacher got scared and went to his home. He tried to stay calm and pictures a positive thought that his gangrene will dissolve and there will be no need to cut his toe but he fails again and again because he was scared from inside and also his toe hurts badly. So he ask for help from his friend and tell him to picturize all the positive results for his foot. Then I asked my teacher what steps did you took to overcome from that situation? He said: I and my friend sat down together at 9:30pm, the night before my surgery. I relaxed my body and tries to empty my mind. We both were trying to visualizing a positive picture of my toe. I tried so hard to remove the bad picture but again and again it comes in my way. At 10:20 I can sense some positivity and all the bad things are draining away slowly. After an hour there was so much peace in my head and I felt so light that I fell asleep. He woke up 6:00am in the morning. First thing came in his mind was his toe and what he saw was surprising. He saw his gangrene just popped and fluid is discharged from it. He went to the specialist and tell him everything. After examination the specialist told him that he never seen such miracle in his 40 year of career. Doubt, hate and fear can bring you to destruction within nano seconds. Hence don’t let any kind of despair and discouragement emotions conquer your mind. Such types of emotions will always work against you and your health. Positivity, self confidence and love for all you have in life is a key to healthy life. Stay happy, stay blessed. Till 2021, i can say that i am fully working on myself on this belief that if i think positive i get positive. But if the result is not according to my will then it is not meant for me at all. “Forgetting fights and forgiving others make me feel happy, That’s all I have learned from life.” Leave a comment if you have any certain belief or a motto in your life.

Damage to the growing minds It is always been a pressure for being a teenager. In my opinion teenage is a complicated stage of human life. Some people may find it confusing some thinks it is frightening. The time period of teenage varies person to person. We as individuals living in different situations have to pass through different experiences in life. All these experiences are responsible for the construction of our personality and brings a maturity in one's life, teens are the one's who lacks this experience. And at the end the only thing matters in human life is what he/she became after passing through the hurdles of life. Some survey shows that teenage is the stage of mixed emotions whether its anger, sadness, happiness, hate, love. Now-a-days every 10th teenager i met thinks that they are not good enough to fit in the society, they think looks, status and strong background are the only things that can uplift their self-esteem and these things can help them to get accepted by the society. Most of the Teenagers with low self-esteem getting trapped in negative activities like cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, harming themselves just because they are not good enough for the world. All this damage has been done by the so called social norms that has been elevated to this high that they are damaging these growing minds. These overated norms are effecting our next generation mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Teenagers are becoming resistance to emotions, family values. They don't care how much effort their parents are putting together to make world a happy place for them, they just care about the brand of cell phone in their hand, the latest designer bag released. Because of their young brain's puberty development, teens are more likely than any other age group to become fascinated with any object, person, celebrity, or television series. In 2021 teens are dealing with a lot of social, emotional, and cognitive upheaval, and their coping capacities are still developing. They have to rely on their parents, who have a more stable adult brain, to assist them by remaining calm, listening, and acting as excellent role models. Their relationships with family and friends are at high risk because of the communication gap. This risk can lead them to substance abuse and depression.

Healthy approaches that can overcome anxiety Any activity or behaviour that benefits your physical, mental, or emotional well-being is considered a healthy habit or a healthy approach. These minor changes may not appear to be very effective at first. When dozens of these tiny habits are combined, you can build a framework for a healthy life. **Physical** **Exercise** (**Fitness**) Physical activity does not have to entail hours spent at the gym. Take a break and dance! Physical activity benefits both the body and the mind. It helps you maintain a healthy weight, fights chronic diseases, reduces stress, improves your mood, and gives you a sense of accomplishment. Physical activity does not have to be limited to hours spent at the gym. Instead, there are a variety of simple modifications you can make throughout the day to reduce sedentary behaviour and get your body moving. **Acceptance of forgiveness (Healthy Lifestyle)** While forgiveness may appear to be an ancient concept in today's harried and quick-to-react environment, it has numerous health benefits. Anger, stress, and tension are reduced when you can consciously let things go, even if you don't apologise. The physical burden of feeling hurt takes a toll on the body, so being able to release those negative feelings and replace them with positivity is a healthy habit. Being able to release negative feelings and replace them with positivity is a healthy habit since the physical burden of being hurt takes a toll on the body. Choosing not to forgive someone fuels your rage and contributes to a sense of powerlessness. Holding a grudge can lead to an increase in muscular tension, heart rate, and blood pressure, all of which are detrimental to your health. It will also help you sleep better if you can forgive others. You will not lie awake at night ruminating on a past event or plotting retaliation. You can focus more on yourself and your own well-being if you can meditate and fully forgive another person. Finally, being able to forgive others might improve your friendships and family relationships. Avoiding deep-seated tensions in close relationships is critical to feeling connected to those around you and living in harmony with those who cross your path. A healthy lifestyle necessitates the maintenance of healthy connections. **Controlling the portion size (Healthy Eating)** It's not always about what you eat, but how much of it you eat. Avocados, for example, are highly healthy and provide a wealth of minerals and beneficial fats. However, because avocados are high in calories, eating three of them every day is not a healthy habit. Stop eating when you are physically satisfied. If you're still hungry, wait 20 minutes, sip a glass of water, and then decide whether you truly need another helping. Start eating on smaller plates so you don't feel stuffed when you sit down to eat. The amount of food that constitutes a serving size may certainly surprise you. Remember that eating is not a hobby or a way to pass the time when you're bored or anxious. When it's time to eat, make sure you sit down and concentrate solely on your food. Mindlessly eating in front of the television or rushing to the refrigerator after a difficult day are both unhealthy eating habits that lead to future health issues. **Laugh at yourself (Healthy Living)** Laughter, according to some researchers, may be the best medicine since it can make you feel better and lower stress. Possessing a pleasant attitude, being open to letting loose, and a good sense of humour will also assist you in forming deep friendships with others. People's brains undergo the same alterations when they laugh as they do when they are attentively meditating, according to studies. This makes people feel revitalised and ready to face the challenges they face throughout the day. The therapeutic value of laughter is still being researched, but thus far the results have been encouraging.
