You will see again, some people are sitting on the sofa with the phone in their hands and spending the whole holiday on social media. Many people spend their days thinking about how to make themselves 'presentable' and how to gain popularity. As much as this social media is wasting people's time - nothing in the history of the world seems to be wasting so much people's time.
Ways to escape the trap of wasting life:
# 1. It is not possible for human beings to do and get everything, and neither should they - accept this fact.
When you realize the fact that a person doesn't taste most of the food, experience, clothing, knowledge of the world in his life - and that is not possible even if he lives for a thousand years - you will find it much easier.
# 2. Have a clear idea of what you want and need, and say no to everything else.
We need to have a clear roadmap for what we want out of life, what we want today, what we need to do, what we really need to buy, what we need to know - and whatever comes out, whatever the tempting offer. - Don't tell them.
If you have an emergency meeting tomorrow morning, no matter how much your friends offer to watch movies or go for a walk for free - don't give them away. Because, for the morning meeting, it is more important for you to take a good rest at night or look at the file.
# 3. Practice making rational decisions instead of emotions.
Rational thinking means trying to understand the consequences in real terms before doing anything. Now if you watch another episode, how much damage will be done to tomorrow’s meeting or exam or class preparation?
Ask yourself:
What good would it do me to see 42 pictures of ‘Nilambri Andrila’ or ‘Crazy Boy Emperor’ touring Bandarban on Facebook? Don't I have to get up in the morning? I do not have work in the morning?
