Where superstition got us to.

*I hope we are all having a nice time and a great day today. Every day is another day to wake up and appreciate our existence on the earth's surface. Life is a place where you just just have to be for a temporary time.*
**All thanks and adoration to the source that created life and all in it. Take a look at the moon and the stars, the sun and the clouds so high, the mountains and the seas, the animals in the wild, and also our existence so far. We have nothing to say other than to appreciate him for everything.**
Today I would be dating back to days when we got some superstitious beliefs and how far they went in our lives. It’s quite obvious that different parts of the world believed in different things. The same thing applies to our beliefs and traditions which are inclusive of superstition and myths.
So as for Nigerians we also have some trending superstitions that cut across almost every tribe or ethnic group. The funniest part is the way it goes viral and almost everyone gets to know about it no matter where you are.
But now that we are grown up, I realize those superstitions begin to fade away gradually as we acquire more knowledge about our way of life. I can’t say if superstitious beliefs still exist among our younger generations since they are tagged the computer generation.
**Some superstitious beliefs I could remember**
**Lizards and teeth**
I remember those days when our teeth were removed and we would be asked to make sure it is not seen by lizards because if a lizard could see them, those teeth might never grow again. So most of the time we count stones according to our age and then throw them together with the tooth on the rooftop and make sure no lizard is watching.
**Whistling at night**
Whistling at night is believed to attract the presence of ghosts. At times it is said to call snakes closer to the environment due to the nature of snakes hissing 🐍 😂.
**Eating from the ground**
This is the funniest part. It is said that when your food drops on the floor then you are not to eat them again because the devil must have eaten it. The most painful part of it is the fact that when I just start eating something and it falls then it hurts so much to hear not to pick them anymore. I remember the day I looked around and picked them up again with the thought that whichever the devil eats I must eat this too.
**Spitting on the ground**
Another naughty belief we had back then was the fact that they said when you spit on the floor and someone else steps on it then you would have a sore throat. So when I have a sore throat I quickly flashback if I had spit and not scrubbed it with my legs.
**Rain and sun at the same time**
When it rains and it's sunny, it is said that two elephants are fighting or a lioness just gave birth to a cub. 😂 😂
**Itchy palms**
Itchy palms are also related to having good luck 🍀. When we have itchy palms then we expect good fortune to await us.
**Conclusion**
All these superstitions most of the time are lies and nothing related to what it's tagged with. But I see it to be an act of training and warning or discouragement from doing something bad and unethical and also promoting good behavior among ourselves.

My worst advice ever
**Good day to you all here on readcash**
`Today is another day. Every day surely counts, as we grow older, our days are getting shorter and closer to death. We pray for better days ahead of us.`
One mystery about life is the fact that no one knows tomorrow. Today is all we know and that is why we never can tell what would even happen to us in a minute. We might have planned even for years ahead of us, but executing those plans is never within our reach if not by the grace of the Lord.
**Today I will be writing my worst advice ever. 😂**
Before writing this I scanned through my days in the past to remember if anyone gave me some kind of advice, and I got some but I couldn’t figure out the worst among them not until I remembered this incident that happened to me during my university days.
I was in my first year at the university as a novice, still yet to find my way out of the ups and downs of registration and all other basic stuff before attending lectures. My brother was in his final year at the same university. He did well by giving me some hints on how to go about taking classes, and exams, mingling with lecturers and my mates, making friends, and many more. Only if he could follow me to my department and be my guide I would have appreciated that a lot.
He asked to be on the lookout for someone serious who might have gotten into the process before me so he can guide me on what he had done so far. It’s time to make a choice, should I go for a male or a female?
I am not the type that mingles with females so fast, so I prefer to choose a male like me so I can feel free to ask whatever I want to. I did meet with a guy who had done some part of his registration and his face looks so cool and serious. I approached him and asked how far he must have gone with his registration and lectures, then he started to give me some hints and advice 😂.
**What does the advice look like?**
I asked how to go about lectures then he said I don’t have much to think about because all I have to do is get my registration done, then for each course, I registered I can just get myself a secondary school textbook and then read it all.
I also did like he had advised me to, I never wrote any notes or attended any classes. Then I went over to prepare for exams by reading those textbooks. When I got into the exam hall, I began to see miracles happen. 😆 Everything was entirely different and odd. I did my work based on a game of chance and was expecting good luck.
When it was time for results I was so eager to see my results because to me I thought good luck exists. Not until I checked my portal and saw how I failed woefully. The following semester I discarded his advice and faced the reality, attended classes, and also wrote down notes. Then when the examination came around I saw myself excel. How I wish I had someone to give me good advice from the onset. I wouldn't have failed that badly in the first semester.
Why the diversity ???

Today is another beautiful day on the earth’s surface. It’s so amazing to see how fast time flies. Life is cool and amazing 🤩 only if we could seek happiness for ourselves. Another busy Monday again after some restful weekend. I hope today brings along the best of things in life and I pray for success in all we do.

Many times I do think about life and how to have the best of it. At times life might be so tricky and tiring, while there are times when you would always wish to live a thousand years on the surface.
Most times when we look at the people around us we realize they surely have a contribution they make to our lifestyle. When we are with the right people we realize the essence of people around us and if acquainted with the wrong people then I would say life must seem so hard.
**UNITY**
Unity is something so important in our lives, once there is unity amongst us then life would be a nice place to live. Come to think of a life where each family member had to split up whenever they attain a certain amount and never have anything to do with each other again? But with unity bounding us together, our family continues to grow from generation to generation. That’s just the power of unity.
**How about a United world?**
This might look so strange but the fun fact about it is that it could become a reality. A world where there is religious tolerance, the presence of love, no ethnicity, no racism, no language barrier, and many more.
Such a world could be in existence only if we could start from our individual lives, our families, our countries, our nations, then the world in general.
All these factors of disunity are bound to exist either through jealousy, envy, hatred, war, disagreement, and many more. As humans, this has been something that occurs to us naturally, so at some point in time, we experience all these.
**Diversity in Nigeria**
The three most common native languages in Nigeria are the Yoruba language, Igbo language, and the Hausa language. There are some other languages in the country but these languages are the most common and most populated.
It’s so painful to see intertribal war, killing, disagreement, ethnicity, and many other things happening between ourselves as a country. The language might be a source of misunderstanding but that shouldn’t lead to unnecessary bad vices among ourselves.
We preach for one Nigeria, yet you as an individual never liked that neighbor of yours because he is from some other cultural group and also has a different language. What if we could unite ourselves, teach each other our language and cultures then continue to learn more about life and see life as a fun place to be.
If this could be settled out in every country then unity would become the talk of the day. It might seem uneasy, but when we put our minds and action into making it a reality it would surely come to pass. There is nothing as important and interesting as having Unity among ourselves, it brings peace and harmony to everyone.
What a bloody market
**Hello, my friends and families here on readcash.**
All praises and thanks to the source that created life and all in it. Life is so cool by the way and we just have to be grateful for everything that comes our way. Every time we remember that this is what some people wish for but they just can’t have it. The oxygen we take in for free is what some people are paying for at the hospital, the freedom we get is what the prisoners are deprived of in their yards. The key point of it all is to remain grateful for whichever position you find yourself in life.
There have been some recent trends going on on social media about the crypto market. And I am sure some of us here must have been in those shoes, the bleeding market is now everywhere. We get news of people committing suicide here and there. It isn’t something easy. Deciding to take that risk then the risk came out to be a regretful one. This is something I am a victim of.
I remember the mighty $cake token of the pancakes I bought last year. This cake token was pumping at the time I opted in. It pumped to some ATH and I was so happy to see the upward and positive response of the token. What else could give a crypto trader joy than to see their investments grow bigger each day?
It got to an ATH of around $48 and I was still happy and hoping for better days not until it started to drop all of a sudden, at first I thought that’s just something bound to happen to all crypto tokens but with time I realize it never got back to its ATH again. It reduced beyond expectations but I was opportune to sell at loss and still happy because it continued to drop right after my sales which made me regret lesser.
The same thing happen even when I had to experience the dip here on smart bch. My BCH token after I converted my bch to smaller bch and invested some in buying some smartbch tokens like a daiquiri, cats, and a few others. I thought daiquiri would be promising when it was with a use case, but it didn’t. Instead, it kept on dropping as days passed by. I never had the intention of selling at dip like I did with my cake but to hodl and wait to see what’s going to happen in the future.
**My little advice to crypto-traders**
Take heart
No matter the circumstances we find ourselves in, no matter how big or small the loss is, a crypto trader who knows cryptocurrency should know that crypto is all about taking risks and crypto is highly volatile. Don’t ever think it’s over until it is. There are a lot more opportunities aside from cryptocurrency. And for every dip comes a pump.
Invest with the amount you can lose, and trade wisely.
Don’t be in a haste to buy an already pumped coin.
Try hodling, it would pay off somehow someday.

*How has your day been?* Today is surely another beautiful day on the earth's surface. All thanks to the source that created life and all in it. Life is good only if you can create happiness for yourself. Happiness is also free so you don’t have to borrow.
I have been a little ill and weak for days now, trying to make sure I get myself back on track. I got some pain relief, maybe that would cure the body's weakness and pain. It did play its part and then after a few days, it came back again. I got worried and had to use the medicine again but this time around I could feel it was a symptom of malaria. I got another malaria medication 💊 and used it. I am still on medication right now because I had to use it for 5 days to have it complete.
One thing I realize about life is the fact that we need to take good care of our health all because health is wealth. What’s the essence of working all day out, then at the end of the day you spend all this money on drugs and still do not have a good time enjoying your life.

Number 1 question
**Do you easily fall in love?**
Love is one thing I would love to fall into again and again. But when you fall into a pit the first time, you learn from your mistakes, if you fall the second time, then the third time you must not make such a mistake again. That’s just a typical example of my relationship with love.
Gone are the days when I easily fell in love. I realized that when I fall in love so easily most of the time I always get to express too much of my feelings and then probably be taken for granted at the end of it all.
So even when I am in love I would always try to refrain from expressing too much of it. But at the peak of love, it would come from the heart and could not just be some kind of affection at first sight.
Number 2 question
**Would you die for the truth?**
I always say it, it’s either the truth or nothing. But at times we do think it’s something easy, to tell the truth, not until we get to situations that are just so unexpected then we find ourselves spitting out lies. So saying I could die for the truth comes from my belief in telling the truth. I would always stand by saying the truth no matter what.
Most times we find ourselves lying but we see it to be saying the truth. The issue here now is the mix-up between lies and truth. But no matter what, the truth would always prevail someday.
I remembered a day I was on a bus, the driver got a call so he picked it up. He responded to the call “Yeah I am on my way! I am already at the school gate” meanwhile he is just half his journey to the gate. Lies! It has become a part of our everyday lives. We are bound to lie as humans but it mustn’t get to the extent where people would not even believe a dime of what you said.

It’s been a while here on the platform and I would say I have missed a lot here on the platform. Just from the beginning of the month, we started fasting. I got so much engaged with life and as usual, life should be more important than virtual life.
`All thanks and appreciation to the almighty God who created life and all in it. It was by his grace and not by our power to be able to make it to life again. Many wished to be advantaged but they never got the chance. In everything we do in life we just have to make sure we put God first.`

Today I would just be having a little discussion about life itself. There are a lot of things happening in our world today. The outside world is just so cruel, just like a bed filled with thorns and few roses.
I was going through my WhatsApp status yesterday till I gotta watch this brutal video. The owner of the status page already gave a clear warning at the viewer's discretion. Then I knew it would be something horrible.
**AT READERS DISCRETION ⚠️ ⛔️**
I just can’t explain it here but I would make a summary of what the video entailed. The video captured a man that was killed (slaughtered in the neck) and another woman still alive and n*k*d, her hands and legs got tied then these guys had to slaughter her neck while they showcase her head.
They already dug a pit where they would dispose of them and there are some other bodies in there. It is so sad to see them slaughter a fellow human like them and still cut part of the bodies again.
Follow-up is the picture of the two victims in the army uniform taking wedding shots. They must have had plans for their marriage while looking into a better future for themselves. But those heartless people forgot about that and were only after their interest, they are after riches and forgot that this life is just a temporary place to be.
The rate at which people seek money is just out of the blue, they care less about the outcome of their actions, but when they get caught and become a culprit you see them beg for their lives mercifully.
**My advice to all of us.**
When we pray to God to keep us safe, then we also have to remember that we need to take ourselves to safety first. Heaven helps those who help themselves.
Beware of your movement, where you go, and whenever you are going somewhere make sure at least two people you trust are aware of your movement. The world is a wicked place where we don’t know who is who, most humans are like a lion in sheep’s clothing.
Our mind is deeper than our look. When you suspect something weird don’t waste time, scream out to the world for help.
Trust, but don’t trust too much. Love, but be cautious of those that show hatred. Be loyal, but be mindful of those who are there to betray you. These are my little words to you all.

Ramadan series Day 26: Good life.

Today is another beautiful day here on the earth's surface. Every day is another day to do more. We should always try to do our best and leave the rest. No one is perfect on the earth's surface, we are created and so we would return to our creator someday.
`All thanks and adoration be to the almighty God that created us and all on the earth. It is so amazing to see how fast time flies. Just like yesterday when we kicked off the month of April today counts as the 27th day of the month. It’s never by our power but the grace of the Lord upon us. Many who are better than we are have left the surface, so what do you have to sustain you better than they do?`
Today also counts as the **26th day of Ramadan which is in line with the Ramadan series Day 26** and the topic to be discussed is **"a Good life. "**
Everyone has always wished for that good life, that life with less or no worries, that life of peace and tranquility. Such a life is what everyone would wish for. Who would want a bad life for himself? But the difference between having a good life and a yet-to-be-good life is the effort put forward.
**If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.**
That life you are wishing to have, that job, that amount of money you wish to have in your account, that house and car you’ve been dreaming of, all would come to pass when you put some things in place. Without these things, in place, there is no way you can have one.
There is no luck in becoming successful, which means success is deliberate. You only make it by working for it. So this is one reason why you have to make sure as you keep hoping for a good life you work towards it.
**Things to be done to achieve a good life**
**Dream big**
One thing I always try to accomplish in life is dreaming big. Why do I think small? Having a big dream would always trigger one to keep pushing forward. At least if you can’t land on the moon you would land among the stars.
**Work smart and work hard**
People don’t want to hear this. Most people are less concerned about working smart and working hard. Both need to be done by those who want to have a good life. There are situations whereby working hard is the only way to achieve success and there are times when working smart is the only way out.
In both ways, you still have to work for what you want. It can’t just come for free. When you see people living a good life, don’t envy them, just ask how they worked to get to where they are today. Remember success is deliberate.
**Work towards a vision and make it a mission**
Making a vision and a mission is something you need to have, living without a vision would never give you the life you deserve. When you have a vision of the kind of life you want to have for yourself, the next thing to be done is to make it a mission and work towards it.
**Pray**
This could be the first and the last. You have to pray to God for the kind of life you want for yourself. Living a good life isn’t only done by hard work but in conjunction with the grace of God. Pray like you don’t know how to work, and work like you don’t know how to pray.

Ramadan series Day 23: Earnings

I hope we are having a nice time here on the Platform. It’s quite easier said than done. As every day is another beautiful day to keep doing better.
`All thanks are to the source that created life and all in it. We all know it’s never by our power but by the grace of God. Many wished to see this day but weren’t opportune. It’s a blessing to be alive, breathing, and counting our days. We pray to see you many more days.`
It is another rainy day again, for the past few days we have been enjoying the cool weather and dust reduction around us. But there is always one drawback that saddens us when it’s always about to rain because every time it rains the power outage is always bad. And had been tagged a period of **“drying wire”.** It might take from days to weeks down to months depending on the geographical location.
Today is the **23rd day of Ramadan which would be in line with the Ramadan series 23** for the month and the topic to be discussed is **EARNING**
**What are earnings**
Earning means to receive in return for effort and especially for work done or services rendered.
Where is your source of earnings coming from? Good or bad.
Our source of income is so important to our lives because whatever you do there is always a reward for it. Having a good source of income would surely allow you to feel free when it comes to spending and also spending wisely. Most of the time when we get to remember what we call karma and how it makes changes in our lives we just have to make sure we are having a good and reliable source of income.
A bad source would also yield bad spending. Since you earned the money without stress and you never knew how hard it is to get the money. Another thing is the money or earnings you have made would never give peace of mind because it is just so unexpected and obvious that you couldn’t earn that big in a little time with any proof of work to show for it.
When it comes to raising our children or investing in other things in life. Our source of income matters a lot. You can’t have a bad source of income and expect to yield a better result for you at the end of the day. This money most times is called “cursed money” because you must have made someone cry or feel uncomfortable for what you did. They're making them unhappy. You can feel the pleasure of spending but your conscience would give you rest compared to getting your money from your sweat.
What are the types of earnings?
**Salary**
These are jobs we get paid for every month. It could also be accumulated as an annual earning in which one could make a living. It is a good source of income since you get paid for what you worked for.
**Investment**
This is when people put their money into something that would yield profit and also it is most times privately owned and intending to make the income appreciate.
**The more you learn the more you earn.**
When you decide to learn more you also earn more. The further you are, the more exposed you get. And your exposure to different sources of knowledge would give you the advantage to earn more. And earning from the knowledge you acquired is nothing but a good and reliable source of income.

Ramadan series Day 20; Women
**Hi, my friend here on readcash.**
`Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. Glory be to the source that created life and all in it. Every day is another day to appreciate our existence, and extend love and happiness to everyone around us because God who had created us remains there to give back to us what we seek from him.`
Counting each day is like we are on a speedboat racing across the waves of life, soonest the next place to be is at our bus stop. The way time flies, it is so amazing how quickly tomorrow turns today and today turns into yesterday. Every day counts toward our last day, and that’s one reason why we have to remain humble and be kind to everyone around us.
Time flies, today would count as the **20th of Ramadan in line with the Ramadan series Day 20** and the topic to be discussed is ****Women.****
Women are everywhere around us, God created them to be how they are, and he created them to be partners to us, to be our friends, our mentors, and our pride. Women are everywhere in the sense that they are our mothers, sisters, and daughters. There is no way we can avoid them from our lives. Only if you were not born by a parent would you not have to engage with women, only if you won’t want to have a life partner would you not engage with women, only if you don’t want to give birth would you not have them as daughters. They are a blessing from God so they deserve our care and love.
**Make your woman happy and have a paradise on earth.**
It’s our duty and responsibility to make our women happy because their happiness will go a long way in our lives. When you want to have the best out of your woman, make her happy. There are always blessings from making them happy. Most times it hurts when I see men fighting their women, they are like mirrors, they reflect whatever you show to them. Show them love and receive love in multiple folds, show them attention and care, and know the peace of mind. But if you wish to remain cruel to them then you must be ready to face the consequences of your actions.
**Behind every successful man, there must be a woman.**

When you have a good woman beside you, a woman who is ready to support you, ready to nurture your dreams and make progress, a woman who is ready to go miles just for the success of you both, a woman who is an asset and not a liability in your life, women that are multipliers and not dividers, if you can have this type of a woman behind you then success is yours.
**Offend a woman and face the consequences**
Like I said there is no way we can avoid women. The best we can do is to avoid making them angry. As a child to our parents, we have a lot of responsibilities to our parents especially our mothers, the moment you begin to see the other side of your mother then becoming successful is only by the grace of God. The same thing applies to our wives too.
Most times when I see men around me complaining and lamenting about having a hard time, the question that should come to mind is ***“Are the women around you happy?”***
The holy book has ordained us to be dutiful to our parents and our wives, and also pay attention to taking good care of our female children. Having a good woman is having a good home.

Ramadan series Day 16: Prayers
**Good day to you all my readcash families**
Today is Sunday again, another new day of the week. Today is the **17th** day of the month. Gradually this month is coming to an end and the first quarter of the year will be over.
We hope this year continues to be a year filled with joy and prosperity.
`All thanks to the source that created life and all in it. We are among those who witnessed the new day again and looking forward to witnessing many more on the earth's surface. We pray he continues to spare us all.`
Today is the 16th day of Ramadan which would be equivalent to the Ramadan series Day 16, and the topic of discussion is **PRAYERS**.
**Prayer is said to be the key to success.**
***Is that true? Does that mean we have to pray before we become successful in life?*** This is a question that we need to ask ourselves. Most times we see people who don’t pray and yet live a good life far better than we that are always praying. And most times we’ve tagged extremist or prayer warriors.
All we have to know is the fact that God who asked us to pray to him and ask him for whatever we want in life knows what he told us to do. If he won’t answer our prayers then there is no need to tell us to pray for ourselves. You might not live the life of your dreams but be rest assured that with your efforts and prayers, anything can happen.
Most times when we pray let’s just have the mindset that God knows what’s best for us at the moment. He knows the right time and the perfect time since we never knew what the future holds for us, even tomorrow, no one knows.
I would cite an example about life and prayer. Mr. A and Mr. B are two people who were praying to the almighty God for something they needed in their lives. Mr. A is an elderly man with families while Mr. B is a young guy who just started his life.
Mr. A is praying to God to provide him with a car while Mr. B is also praying to God to provide a car for him. God had answered both of their prayers but he immediately gave Mr. A his car since he knew if he accepted his prayer and gave him the car he would be able to cater to his family. But as for Mr. B, God also answered his prayer but he decided not to give him a car yet because he knew if he gets the car at such a young age, it might lead him astray and be the source of his death. He decided to keep answering his prayer but granted him something else.
From both angles, God answered their prayers but to Mr. A he must have admitted that God answered his prayers, but Mr. B would never accept that his prayers were answered.
Only if we could know what God had done for us we would never have to think our prayers are not accepted. He had always accepted our prayers but most times he wouldn't grant us what we wished for but must have done something better to replace that.
**Prayer is the sword of a true believer.**
There is this saying that *“pray like you don’t know how to work, and work like you never knew how to pray”.* When you have this mindset then I think we would be less bothered about some things in life.

Ramadan series Day 15: Death

`It’s surely another beautiful day on the earth's surface, and we would always give thanks to the source that created life and all in it. We thank him for counting us among the living souls and we pray he continues to spare us to witness many more.`
Today’s fasting was a bit tiring, this may be because I stressed out myself on some activities that already piled up for me. But I am happy I was able to get myself back on track after breaking the fast. I would make sure not to stress myself too much tomorrow so I won’t get dehydrated and feel tired so quickly in the early hours.
Today’s Ramadan series would be in line with the count of today’s fasting which is the number 15, it’s another blessing from above for us to witness another full moon of Ramadan. Before we can witness this again till next year.
**DEATH**
There is no more news about death and its sudden occurrence. Some would say death is inevitable. That’s so correct and a fact about life.
Death is one promise we all made when coming to life and we should be prepared to respond to our calls when it’s time for us to fulfill our promises. It is so sad to us when some of us are gone. We would feel sad for them but after some time it’s all gone then we move on with our personal life.
This shows that no matter what you do in life, what you are in life, never forget death might show up at any point in time. Also, have it in mind that you have your own life to live just the same way you have your different timing in life. When our time-lapse is when we have to visit the grave.
One thing that is so certain about life is death. But it is so amazing that we don’t know when the time would come or even how it would happen, we still have no knowledge of where it would happen. That’s life for us. We don’t know when we came into this world and we still don’t know when we would have to leave.
Death alone is enough of a lecture to the wise. When you think back and look at those around you, those that you were together with yesterday and who are no more today, what have the people said about them? Good or bad? Then reflect on yourself. What would the people say about you when you are gone? Who has to call you good names while you are among them and tag you badly while you are gone. Be wary about this.
The best time is the little time you have left. Wake up each day with a heart full of forgiveness and never go to bed envious or feeling so angry about the people around you. Never pay badly for bad but always pay well for good and good for bad. Be sincere and do your best.
**Conclusion**
Death knows no age nor class, whether you're young or old, teenager or an infant, rich or poor, male or female, single or married, has nothing to do with death. When the time comes no one can escape it, so let’s all be prepared and see it coming at any point in time.

Ramadan series Day 14; Truth.
Good morning read cash families.
Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. It’s so amazing to see how fast time flies. The most important thing is still having the opportunity to breathe in and out. Our lives might not be in the perfect shape they wished them to be, but still, we can’t deny the fact that we are better than some people out there and they keep looking up to God so they even accomplish a little of what we have.
`Glory be to the source that created life and all in it. He made us what we are, how we are, and where we are today. That’s one reason why we should always be grateful. If he had made us animals what would we do about it? So all he expects from me and you as humans is to appreciate him.`
Today being the 14th of the holy month of Ramadan, tomorrow would be halfway into fasting five more days to the last ten days. I pray Allah makes it easy for us to witness and accept our supplication and act of worship.
This would be tagged the Ramadan series 14 by the count, and the topic to be discussed would be **TRUTH.**
**What is the truth?**
Truth is a state of being true or putting oneself by the reality and facts about things.
What are the advantages of telling the truth?
Tell the truth always
There is no benefit from telling lies, the only benefit of telling a lie is that it makes people lose their trust in you and believe you less. But telling the truth might be bitter but it’s the best thing to do.
A Yoruba is saying that when two friends come out of a meeting and keep laughing and smiling at each other then they tell themselves nothing but lies, but when they come out of a meeting and they frown at each other then they must have told themselves nothing but the truth.
Truth is surely worth sacrificing for, it gives your mind peace and also makes one more reliable and trustworthy.
The truth may hurt for a while but lies hurt forever
This quote is nothing but a fact. Most times we feel telling the truth hurts, but in the long run, we realize we get healed quickly after spitting out the truth because we know there is nothing hidden that hasn't been saying. Moreover telling the lies would hurt you forever just because you would never have peace of mind and it would always bother you. You won’t be free as your conscience would keep on tormenting you till you speak the truth.
A truthful fellow would always remain humble, loyal, and friendly, but a liar would remain arrogant, disrespectful, and careless. The difference between truth and lies is like heaven to the earth. There is a pure difference between telling the truth and lies.
It is advisable to speak the truth and let the devil be ashamed than to tell lies and become a friend to the devil.
Is telling the truth a heavenly virtue?
The holy book has encouraged us to always tell the truth no matter how hard it is. Allah has called upon himself to be the most truthful. So he commanded us all to remain truthful in all we do.
The holy prophet is also known to be a truthful person which has made him the best among mankind. We should also try to inculcate this habit from the prophet and remain virtuous for the few times we have left in life.

Ramadan series Day 12: Patience

It’s been a few days now. I have been a little engaged with some activities in my real life and also trying to match up with the virtual world too. Though, one before another and I would go for the real before the virtual.
`Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. Glory be to the source that created life and all in it. He counted us among those that would witness the day, many had wished to see a day like today but were not at an advantage. So it’s never by our power but the grace of thy Lord.`
The month of Ramadan is gradually waving goodbye but we might not notice that yet. Just like yesterday when we were welcoming the holy month of joy and mercy, today counts the 12the day of the month and in no time we realize that the month is over. It saddens to know that the month would have to come and go leaving us behind till another year again. What’s the assurance that we would be among those that would witness the coming year. That’s the reason we just have to keep praying 🙏 for his mercy.

Life is cool when you realize that not everything has to be done forcefully. There are times when things in our lives would only happen when the right time comes. If one couldn’t have the patience to overcome the distress then he would have to forcefully pull himself towards discomfort and at the end of the day, such a person would never have rest and peace of mind because of the everyday problem he must have gotten himself into.
**Patience helps us achieve our goals:**
In this aspect, patience would surely have to play a great role. Slow and steady wins the race, which could be attached to having patience in what you do. When you are consistent and show no sign of laziness then you realize that patience leads to perfection.
**Patient people are better friends, neighbors and are best to relate with:**
Show me your friend and I'll tell you who you are. A patient friend would always advise you to await the perfect time and never rush you with things in life. When you move with an impatient one then you know the value of patience, they are always the complaining type, they are intolerant and fed up all the time.
**The patient brings about peace of mind.**

Patience is surely a heavenly virtue because the holy books had their words about patience and its importance. The holy Quran described the Almighty Allah as the Most patient.

Ramadan series Day 7: Trust
**Hi all my friends on read cash**
Today is another beautiful day. It’s so amazing to see how time flies. Just like yesterday when we celebrated the new month of April, today counts as the 8th day and gradually we would get to an end then the first quarter of the year is gone.
We still give thanks to God for keeping us alive and healthy and in perfect condition.
Ramadan is also gradually going to an end. It pains me so much to know that after this Ramadan, it would take another 365 days to see another again. We pray God continues to make us witness many more on the earth's surface. Ramadan has brought a lot of goodies and glad tidings. It brought peace, love, charity, unity, and happiness to Muslims all over the world.
`Today counts as day seven of the Islamic month which would be in line with the Ramadan series No 7.`
I knew I already skipped a lot of series and this was all due to my weakness of the body and little illness. But while recovering I hope I am able to accomplish something in the time left.
There is another lesson I learned here that I would love to share. There are times when we would try making decisions but in the long run, those decisions won’t be accomplished or making plans and that ought to fail. This tells us that we are there to make plans but executing them is never by our power but by the grace of the Lord.
**Our topic of discussion for the Ramadan series Day 7 is all about Trust!**
**What do we call trust?**
Trust is the firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something.

**Who are those to be trusted**
The first question you need to ask yourself is who do I trust? Because taking a good look at the definition of trust we realize that trust is something that deals with our beliefs. So when you are trusting someone it means you are believing in such a person, you can rely on such a person even at times of hardship and sorrow.
Putting your trust in people should surely be limited to some certain extent. The first place you can put your trust in is God, I would be talking a little more about trust in God in the sub-topic below. Then after placing your trust in God the next place is to trust yourself. The very time you begin to lack trust in yourself is the beginning of your failure.
**Can you be trusted?**
This is the second question you have to answer when it comes to trust issues. Before people can trust you then you ask yourself can you be trusted? What if they put their trust in you, would you be able to handle it without betraying them? Once this question is answered then we have little or no problem with trust because it’s still easy to overlook betrayal from your own end but you can never tell how others would feel when they get betrayed by you.

This QUOTE has been for a long time now and when we give it a meaning we see that it’s nothing but fact. Like I said above, the first place to put our trust is in God. The reason why is that he is the only one that can never betray. We are all humans and are bound to make mistakes, we can never be perfect but just trying our best. God is the only perfect one.

When we put our trust in God then we know the fact that whatever we want to do in life could only be made possible if God wishes.

Ramadan series Day 2: Kindness to parents.
**Kindness to parents**
Good day to another new day. Today is another Monday and the first Monday of the new month of April. It’s always so amazing to see how fast time flies. Just like yesterday when we got to kick off the new year.
Today is ****Day 3 of Ramadan**** and the fourth day in the month of April in which I had promised myself to bring some Ramadan series to the platform. But here I am just making my first article of the series. I just couldn’t help myself yesterday as the fasting got me so tired and weak. Hardly could I even make myself available to remain on my mobile to get the articles ready.
Every morning is always sleep time for me. I would have to sleep at least 2 hours and moreover, there are lots of engagements going on this holy month compared to days when we just live our normal life. It is a holy month so there should be some kind of special attributes that make it stand out among others which I know must be clearly known to Muslims. If time permits I could give in more details about it in an article.
*So today’s topic for the Ramadan series Day 1 is*
**KINDNESS TO PARENTS**
We all know that it’s our duty and responsibility to care for our parents no matter the age, tradition, or even religion they fall in. Fact that they are our parents and are responsible for bringing us into this world, we have no excuse not to take good care of them.
The holy books ordered us to make sure we pay good attention and show love and care towards our parents, especially in their old age. They already did so much for us at our younger age and especially as infants when we can’t do anything but cry. They fed us, provided for us, and also catered for our needs. These are times we surely can’t do anything and if they had abandoned us then I don’t think we can be who we are today.
So surely life is about diminishing returns and reciprocity. There are times when they would have returned to the stage where they would hardly do things by themselves anymore and needed support. The best thing we can do to them as a child is to give them utmost care and make them happy never to feel alone.
If you decide not to care for them while they attain old age. You already forgot the fact that someday you would also get old too and probably if you don’t care for them, no one would be there to care for you too. So why wait for such a day to come? When do you also feel the pain and also regret not taking the responsibility for doing the right thing at the right time?
We can never pay back all our parents had done for us. So the best thing we can do for them after giving it our all to care for them is to PRAY for them. It doesn’t matter where they are. Dead or alive we still have to keep praying for them. Pray for them while they are still alive and healthy with you before they are gone and no more which you still must continue praying for them.
It’s not easy out there, not until you become one. When you become a parent is when you realize that parenting is just all about having children and bringing them up. It is all about unity, love, togetherness, trust, and loyalty.
I pray God grants us the strength and ability to care for our parents and I pray God almighty continue to care for them more than they cared for us while we were young.

Today is another beautiful day. The first day of the new month. Haha. The Fourth month of the year and a great month to set out targets again and make sure we make the best of it as we try all our possible best to accomplish them.
Yeah, **today was the second day of the month and equally the first day of the Islamic month,** so today marks the first day of the holy month of Ramadan. This should be my article for yesterday but I was unable to complete it due to my preparations for the fasting to kick off today and some other personal reasons. We ask Allah the highest to continue to make us witness many more these holy months.
I plan on bringing my articles based on some selected topics for the whole month of Ramadan. And these topics will be listed in my diary so I would be able to pick them each day for complete write-ups.
This would be a database or I think the challenge for me today was an exemption left with 29 more days for me to go. I know it’s not an easy task but I would always try my best to make sure I accomplish that.

*How was the month of March for you?*
The month of March was awesome. It was a busy month for me because I could hardly make time to come online and check on write-ups, read articles, make comments, and tip articles. If I could remember very well I would also say I skipped a lot of articles to be published for each day, maybe up to 10 or higher than that. All in all, I was still able to accomplish my halfway goal of writing 30 articles because I could make it up to 15+.
Every writer here could witness that it is not something so easy to keep writing every day and every night. There are times you get to experience writer's block, and they are also times you guys would be busy, and sometimes unexpected occurrences will show up, and there are times when we get to write an article and save it in a draft for up to three days or more just to make it perfect.
So for March so far I was still able to say I did my little best in terms of monetary and also engagement but for April I am looking forward to the completion of my 29days writing challenge and Ramadan series.
I hope we continue to have a nice time engaging with each other, learning new things each day, and also make sure we never forget ourselves too.
I hope I could list out some of my aims for the new month but with the Ramadan series I would be leaving it all to just accomplishing that task alone and I pray God makes it easy for me and to all my readers, commenters and tippers too.
Let’s do well to have a nice day. I have been up from midnight till after I kicked off my fasting, so I am feeling sleepy right now. I just want to strive to make sure I get this completed and not extend it to the next day.

**Hello my readcash families**
*How is your day going?* Hope we are all having a nice time with our daily lives, our relationships with families and friends, and also attending to our own personal lives.
Today is another Tuesday of the month and probably the last Tuesday of the month too. **So we just have to make sure we are prepared for the unexpected and also make sure we don’t anticipate too much because too much anticipation leads to disappointment and too much disappointment leads to sadness while too much sadness leads to depression, while depression could lead to untimely death. (don’t mind my chain quotes).**
I give thanks to the source that created a life for making us a witness to another day on the earth's surface. It's never by our power or might but by the grace of God.
`To all my Muslim friends I am also wishing us all a happy Ramadan Kareem in advance. And we pray Allah continues to spare our lives to witness many more in joy and happiness.`
It’s certain that not everyone alive today would be alive then, which is why we keep praying for his mercy. Many were alive to observe it last year and are no more today. And many would have to observe this year and won’t have the opportunity to see another. In the same way, many would not see the last year and probably have to see this coming one and more.
All in all, we should be prepared that there would surely be the last thing to all we do, there would be a time we would have to sleep and not be opportune to wake anymore, there would be the last meal we would have to take and not have the opportunity of taking another, there would be the last cloth we would wear by ourselves and we would not have the opportunity to take it off again and finally they might have to take it off for us.
Many of the words we are uttering that there would be a moment we would have to utter the last and no more. How free we are to breathe in and out, we might not value it right away, not until we are to take our last breath and nothing more.
There would be a journey we would embark on that we would not be opportune to embark on another. No one knows when their last time would be and even their last action. At times when I look at life and all in it, I realize that it’s indeed vanity upon vanity.
We were born without anything on us, and so we would have to leave the world without anything. We were bathed, carried, and cared for while we came into the world, we never know who births us, until we’re told and so we would leave the world without knowing who would bury us. People rejoiced and made tears of joy while we came into the world and so would another set of different people be there the day we leave the world and cry again but tears of pain and sorrow.
I was sitting outside our corridor this evening writing this article while I observed the occurrence in my surroundings, taking a good look at the birds chirping and the goats bleating, listening to the cock crow and the noise from little children happily playing together. Taking a look at the sky and the moving clouds, and seeing the reactions of the trees dancing to the cool breeze.
Life is amazing, but should we be scared of death? because life might seem so interesting to leave anytime soon.

Five reasons for loving Readcash.
I remain my humble self **Adeleye Abdulqudus**. A bonafide member of the Readcash family, since the very day I created my account, got my password, and my wallet seed phrase, I also agreed to the terms and conditions of the platform and kicked off with engagement. I already took that decision of making myself available and responsible for the growth of the platform.
The growth might come in different ways which could be either I remain active or non active. Active in the sense that after creating an account I dedicated my all to the platform and also made sure I kept up with my activities. But for the non active, life might be so busy for everyone. In one way or the other we get involved in so many things which might hinder us from making it online yet we still attain our membership position on the platform.
Surfing through other blogging platforms I was opportune to come across a challenge post of a topic asking to write five things they love about the platform. So I decided to make my writing to express my love for a dearest platform called Readcash.
***Yeah, do I need to have any reason to love Readcash?***
I should. But I would have loved it if I never got any reasons. We find ourselves attached to some things in life because of some reasons. So this has Readcash included. Since it’s an online platform.
**My five reasons for loving Readcash**.

How would it have been if we were to work all day without getting paid. It sure looks so bad and discouraging. And that’s just the way it’s meant to be. The driving force towards a good job is the pay behind it. Same thing applicable to the Readcash platform, our actual reason might not be solely because of our love for writing, though our love for writing might have gotten a higher percentage but without payment I am sure it would be more discouraging.
Earning on Readcash is surely one thing that keeps the activities going forward. I remember those days when I have to keep writing and also battling with consistency and engagement without pay. It wasn’t easy and also gave me a tough time because I wasn’t visited by rusty. Though there is a goal to be accomplished which is making Rusty visit me, that should have been my driving force and it all because of nothing but the monetary aspect that would show up.
Most of us had experienced this in one way or the other. Come to think of it, someone got a better amount of pay, then all of a sudden it changed drastically and the amount started to reduce till it’s no more. The next thing that would happen to such a person is to complain or think of quitting. That’s just how much the power of earning is on every platform.
**Meeting new families**

Yeah, we make friends in life, we make friends offline and online and that’s just the way of life. Having to subscribe, like, sponsor, upvote and tip people on the platform is somewhat amazing, we get to know each other and have a nice time meeting with ourselves.
There are times when I get to encounter some articles on how members of some other platforms had organized a get together to meet with each other and have fun. I am also looking forward to days when I would be opportune to be among an online meet up.
It’s possible on readcash and while we have a meet up with people from different parts of the world, having to taste different dishes, listening to different languages and cultures. But maybe when the price of BCH gets to the moon.
I would be overwhelmed with happiness if it could be possible to meet with online friends while offline and physically. Haha. I just can’t imagine how happy I would be.

The more we learn, the more we earn. I love this quote so much and that’s just the basics of a good life. When we keep up with learning new things each day we are bound to discover new things and know more. Knowledge is a continuous struggle, we keep on learning till we get to our grave. And I would testify that my little stay here on readcash has been so much educational and I also look towards days I would continue learning and also impacting others.
Learning about the crypto verse and more about the smartbch chain is a great accomplishment for me. Apart from the crypto knowledge I acquired, I also appreciate learning through moral stories, fun write ups, challenges and also life experiences.

Kudos to the blockchain technology that has made it much easier and safer for us to write. When we are rest assured that our contents would continue to live on. This would be lovely if I could date back to my articles and also have memories of what I wrote and how I made it. Some other platforms are not on blockchain and whatever we write would just be gone in the blink of an eye and all our dreams of becoming a great writer must have faded off.

Do you easily fall in love??
**Good day to you all.**
Life is cool and amazing 🤩. But not for the ones in pain and uneasiness. I have been battling with pains in my upper tooth for some days now. I don’t really know the cause of the pain but I know it is giving me a hard time even speaking. In between the upper gum and my toothaches when my lips open and close.
But gradually the pain reduced, which made me realize that after every pain would come ease. The main point is to have that patience, endurance, and belief that it’s going to turn out well at the end of everything.
Today is another beautiful Sunday of the month and probably the last Sunday we would have to experience so far. We pray God almighty continues to spare our lives to witness many more on the earth’s surface.
Today another question popped out of my question diary application asking me “Do you easily fall in love?”

To me, I see falling in love to be from the heart and there is actually no reason for the bond that connects both souls together. They just get to know they are meant for each other and also get along with each other’s goals and accomplishments and overlook their mistakes and faults too.

I was in a deep conversation with a friend of mine where we talked about falling in love. I was opportune to ask about who she fell in love with. She told me and I furthered my question by asking her if there is any reason for her to fall in love with such a person?.
Her response was just straight to the point. She told me ***“Should there be any reason for falling in love?”*** Then I answered **NO**.

Based on my personal observations and realization about myself. I got myself to be someone who hardly falls in love. But once I fall it might be so hard to get up again. Yeah, some people are actually like that. They fall in love with all their hearts and give their all. But once failed 😣 they find it hard to love again.
Love is cool, love is sweet. To love is **nothing**, to be loved by someone is **something**, but to be loved by the one you love is **everything**.

The future I want for myself.
**Good day to you all.**
Today is another beautiful day of the week and I would always continue to appreciate the almighty for making me a living witness to see the day. Everything being equal we would have to make sure we live our lives to the best and also make sure happiness remains our priority. A happy soul tends to live longer.
How I wish I could be opportune to drive around the world all day of my life, so I can witness different cultures, races, tribes, and traditions. But they always remain a dream yet to come to reality. My dreams of always making the weekend be for hanging out and sharing love with family and friends because when it’s Monday again the hustle begins. 😆.

Today I would be answering some questions from my question dairy application. At times the questions are shocking and at times they are just so amazing to be answered. It asked me a question about music in the first place but I wasn’t able to answer it cus I don’t listen to music, so I had to skip it.
*The next question that popped up was quite okay.*
**What do you look forward to in the future?**
Taking a look at the question, everyone would surely have an answer to that. Even if asked from the infant they would tell you that they look forward to growing older so they can speak, talk, see and have fun.
At every stage In life we are always looking forward to something, we are all aspiring to move to higher in life and make a better living for ourselves. That’s everyone’s goal. For example, when we are done with our pre-elementary schools we look forward to seeing ourselves in the elementary classes, after getting there we look forward to seeing ourselves at the colleges and after finishing with college we also look forward to getting admitted into the tertiary institutions. Is that all?
No, even after completion of our tertiary levels we look forward to having a good-paying job and also having a good family. It still doesn’t end there. It continues like that till we get to our graves.
But at some point in time, we look forward to a closer future then after accomplishing it we look forward to another.
Right now I am looking forward to a few things to be accomplished.
**Money**
Money is so essential in human existence, money can’t do everything but it has a lot of roles to be played. Seeking a good-paying job is all because we need money, having a business of our own is all about money. After all, we need money, becoming extremely rich is not my goal but I don’t want to lack money when needed. Having a sufficient amount to cater for all I need is all I want. I wish to be self-employed as a business owner, but If it doesn’t work out that I would have to be an employee-first then I never wish it lasted for a longer time before I become a business owner.
I look forward to having a farm of my own where I would rear animals and also grow crops. Practicing full-time agriculture has always been my dream since childhood. But all this might never have to come to reality if there is no money. This is why money is just so important in everyone’s future. No matter the dimension you wish to take.
**Family**
I am single but I can’t say I don’t have a family. My parents and siblings are there for me. I have a lot of responsibilities to take and to make sure I pay back a little out of the kindness and care towards me, financially or morally. I have always wished to continue seeing them happy now and in the future. And to my unborn kid and wife, I also look forward to having the best of time with them, taking them on vacations on weekends, visiting the beach together, dining together, and also seeing ourselves as one. I look forward to seeing us grow together in love, joy, and happiness. That’s the life I want.
**Good life**
Overall, a good life with the fear of God. Having time for my family, making cool money to cater for my needs and wants, waking up each day to see the glory and blessings bestowed upon me, and also having the mind to appreciate everything he has done in my life. That’s just the life I want. A brighter future filled with joy 🤩

*****Today is another day to do more*****
I have been getting myself acquainted with exercises these days. Though I have been so weak, I would still keep trying my best to make sure I remain physically fit and gallant. Potbelly is not my thing, 😂. When I would have to keep my tummy rolling and controlling it like a pregnant man.
Today was also amazing 🤩. The weather was quite cool and cloudy 🌥 it looks like it’s going to rain for some days now but we never got to have one yet. Though there is so much heat, at least we would have to enjoy the calm and cold weather for a little period.
Most times we just have to keep calm and also make sure we remain our humble selves. No matter how rich we found ourselves to be, no matter the way of life we live, the luxury and the enjoyment. It’s always good to remain humble.
**Money is a visitor. It won’t stay with us forever.** At times we feel money is everything and most times it wouldn’t solve anything.
When you are rich today, be kind to the poor and remember no condition is permanent. Our days are numbered, so at times we just have to put it in mind that the riches of today might be no more tomorrow. Let’s take a look at the people of the past. Those who lived their lives in wealth and prosperity. They are mentioned in the holy books, among them are prophets and non-prophets.
Let’s take a look at King Solomon and his wealth. He was known to build the first temple in Jerusalem. His wealth was in abundance and also he was known for wisdom. But in the end, he died and none of his wealth and riches went with him.
Many other rich people in the world today make the list of the top world richest people. The struggle was real but at the end of it all never remained rich forever.

One amazing fact of wealth and how it diminishes remains a mystery till today. Though to some their wealth lives on if well acquired and utilized. But some would have to fall into the trenches of poverty and might not be able to make it out if care is not taken.

If you find yourself to be rich today, remember that tomorrow is never promised. So the best advice is to remain humble and neglect pride and arrogance, because they don’t have anything to offer other than leading one astray and putting one to shame. Remember that the fact you are rich today doesn’t mean you will be rich forever and that poor man out there might be the wealthiest person.
The first house in the street is not the best. Remain humble. Because you should remember that the perish of pharaoh upon all his wealth was due to his pride and arrogance.

It was all about a man who lived in a little village and his house was down the hillside, he was alone in his house but all around his building was filled with bushes and big trees. Yeah, most times neighboring houses encounter wild and dangerous animals like snakes, scorpions, wild boars, and some other wild animals too. There was a day this man who lives alone in his house surrounded by bushes got drunk and decided to play some prank on the villagers. He came out of his home and started screaming!! **Lion!! Lion!! Please help!! Lion!!**
Everyone came out with their tools to his rescue. After they came out to rescue him they realized he was just playing some prank on them. He smiled and told them it was just a lie. Everyone went back home in annoyance.
After a few weeks, he decided to play another prank on them again so he came out to shout **again! Lion! Lion!** They turned out to save him this time around but some were in doubt and didn’t come out. Those that turned out to help him realized it was nothing but another great lie. So they turned back to their various homes disappointed.
It’s been quite a while since he last called upon them to save him from the lion. Then on his way out, he was attacked by a lion for real. He screamed and screamed for help but no one could come to his rescue. They concluded it would be a lie. They already tagged him a liar.
The lion chased him and devoured him. Everyone woke up the following day and to their surprise, they met his dead body on the street.
**Morals and conclusion**
Most times we think we are free to tell lies and it works our way, we should always remember that people are watching and gradually their trust in us begin to reduce and they paste a tag of a liar on our personality. The very time we would have to require others' help but being a liar would come to make us receive nothing in return.
There is no benefit from lying, instead, it destroys your reputation and makes people lose trust in you.

The prodigal son
Good Friday to you all here on readcash and I hope we are all having a nice time.
It’s already the weekend again. Just like yesterday when we were out there on Monday preparing for another week of business and transactions, another week to do more and earn more. And here comes another weekend for relaxation.
`We give thanks to the source that created life and all in it. It’s not by our power or by our might for witnessing another beak day again on the earth's surface. But all praises be to the almighty.`
It’s been a busy week for me too as I could hardly make time to check on articles and make comments too. But I would always make sure I don’t miss out on checking the platform each day. I would just have to make up my mind again to become active and strong again just like the days in the past. I have been so lazy these days.
Procrastination became a close friend of mine instead of an enemy. I don’t know what’s up. But I would always try fighting through.
While I was preparing for the Friday prayer that we observe every week. Then my friend played a sermon on his device so I happened to be opportune to listen to some part of it. It was all about decision-making and how it changes our lives positively and negatively. The clerk was trying to preach on how careful we need to be when we make decisions. Then he sighted an example of the prodigal son in the Bible.
Immediately he uttered the prodigal son. It reminded me of the storybook we read at school about the prodigal son. After listening to his sermon I realized there was just a similar message to pass across.
**The prodigal son.**
The story was about a wealthy man who had two sons then the younger son was impatient to inherit his father's assets and wealth. He felt like the best thing for him to do is to get his part out of his fathers' wealth and live a life of his own.
His father respected his decision and gave him his part of the wealth. The younger one went far away to live his life. He was free to do whatever he likes so he decided to spend extravagantly and unconsciously about what would be the end of him. He had a luxury lifestyle but it all lasted for a short while.
Famine came into his life and he was seriously in hunger as he resulted in taking the work of a swineherd. He was hardly able to feed on a loaf of bread which was a different case for his father’s workers.
He realized he had been suffering himself so much and he regretted his decision. He practiced on some speech to seek forgiveness from his father and also plead for him to accept him as a worker under him since he had failed as a son.
Before he finished up his speech, his father already accepted him wholeheartedly. And not as a worker but as his lost son who had found his way back home after he realized the reality.

He celebrated his arrival. His first son was jealous and sad because his father never gave him a dime of his wealth upon his hard work yet he still had to celebrate the youngest one after taking part in his fathers' wealth.
Then his father made it clear to him that he owns all his belongings which his lost brother who just found his way back home is also part of. So he should embrace and celebrate with him.
**Morals and conclusion.**
His son made another great decision again after taking his first decision. He made both decisions but the right decision had a positive impact on his life while the wrong decision also harmed his life. That’s just the power of decision-making.

Today is another beautiful day on the earth's surface. It is so amazing to see how time flies. Just like yesterday, we kicked off the year 2022 and now we are on the **15th** day of the third month. We are all counting each day as our days on the surface continue to remain numbered.

I was watching a video on TikTok about a little girl who just survived a coma. It wasn't an easy one. I felt like crying while watching. It was just so touching to see a little girl strive for survival. It must have been so hard on her.
She woke up to see her mom and called her, she called her dad too and asked them if they loved her. She agreed to her mum's love for her, just because she is her mum.
The touching part is when she had to pray before going to sleep again. She prayed not to die from her sleep and be able to make it alive the next time. It must have been a long sleep for her.
We can't know how this feels unless we are in that condition or have someone closer to us in such a situation. But who would ever pray for such?.
Back to the topic for the day: my words to every beautiful individual out there.

I have been away for quite some time now. I must have missed a lot going on the platform but since I got my account active I surely have the mindset of doing better at any point in time.
I have been so weak and tired of writing so I would count this as taking some days off to rest myself because all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
My article today would be based on some things about our individual lives. I would be highlighting ***four things to make sure we do in our lives to make peace*** and have a lovely lifetime.

**Two things you should never forget in your life.**
****The good deeds people did to you.****
In life, there are times we get some people in our lives that made that impact on us. No matter how minute it is, we should always make sure never to forget them. That elderly woman that held our hands to cross the road, the man that told us some morals and how to go about life from his experience, that friend that is always there for us during hardship and sorrow. The care our parents had given to us, the guardianship from our teachers, and many more good deeds we got to receive from each one of them. It's something we should never forget and try to pay back whenever we are chanced to.
****The bad deeds you did to people****
There is no way we can get scot-free from offending people, it might be intentional or not intentional. No matter what, since you are the one who did it and you realize it might have hurt someone, we should make sure to seek forgiveness from them and never forget about it.
**Two things we should always forget.**
****The good deed we did to people****
No matter the atom of goodness and kindness we showed to others, the charity we gave, the help we rendered, we should always try to forget them and never remember them again. Because we should make it a habit of always doing good and fórget about getting anything in return.
****The bad deed people did to us.****
People can't be 100% accurate, we are bound to make mistakes and also offend each other. When it happens that we get offended by people around us, the best we can do is to forget about it and move on. Remember that you offend people too since you are not perfect so why don't you just let things go and have your mind free of malice and hatred.
**With these four attributes imbibed in our lives then we got to realize that a peaceful existence is nothing but the best we can give to ourselves. When we know all these we know peace.**

I was just infatuated thinking I was in love...
*Why does she act this way?*. I asked myself several times. I don't know why. Every time I am always trying to make her smile, I become a piece of shit. I don't know what is wrong. I gave it my all. Thinking she would reciprocate. But nay! Maybe when I am reborn again with her in a new world.
**Does love truly fade?.**
I thought I was in love but I realized I was just in a competition. I already knew how hard it kicks and touches every part of the veins when one gets hurt by love. I would have wished I would never fall in love again. But what about the day my heart began to draw closer to another heart. I don't know what to call that. Lust or love?.
I would give my all, my time, my attention, my ideas, and even my priority. I knew I already planted a seed in my heart but how would it get to grow out and fruit something everyone would want to glance at.
I just hope she could see through my heart and realize it doesn't have to come in a haste but it has to be something gradual. I hope she could just understand.
**Lost or love.**
I remember how I got played by a girl years back giving her much of my attention showing her how much I appreciate her. Giving her my all even to the extent that I would say I blindly fell in what I thought was love but just mere infatuations.
I realized I had attached myself so much to her that I am almost like a parasite to her. Maybe it's my world and I just can't do without her. I thought this should be a symbiotic relationship and not parasitic. I became a predator and fed on my prey. I moved on without taking a look back.
***It's been such a long time. But why now?. Why her?. I don't know.***
She was just the perfect type not until a time when everything began to change. When things get to turn around. The person I always spend hours with began to deteriorate to minutes. But still, I would always give my full attention. For almost all my words she had to smile but all I say now just seems like trash.
**The love triangle**
She does everything I ask of her and even makes amendments to my corrections. She calls me boss and also remains her respective self. But I never see the essence of all these If someone else could make her smile.
Maybe I was just playing along being my loyal self. I thought the love should keep revolving like a circle ⭕ but it seems it already went the other way round in a triangular 🔺 pattern. I give my attention but someone else is having her attention. I give my time, but she spends most of her time with someone else. I gave my feelings, but she has feelings for someone else. I tried making her smile but she gave those smiles to someone else.
*I thought to myself, why have I shown her all my heart?*. It wouldn't have hurt this much if I didn’t. *I sometimes think I am just jealous but how can I help myself?.* I don't know what is wrong with me but I am just down for now. Everything seems to have dated back to the past.
Maybe next time I wouldn't have to express all my heart and also take my time to play the game so as not to be loose again. I know it would take time to heal, but I am sure this would be the last.

My favorite TV show.
Gone are the days when we would have to run over to the television and start tuning various television channels to get to our favorite TV show. But the coolest part of it is the fact that we all had to conclude one favorite show to watch. There are times when we would have to shuffle different channels because we can only watch one channel at a time and various shows are going on.
I just hope those days could come back again, days of zero worries and happiness at the peak.
Life was just much more interesting, though it might not be similar to the generation of nowadays I don't think they had as much fun as we did.
The generation nowadays is more interested in mobile phones to play games and browse the net lol. I don't blame them for what they offered them. Let me just mention my favorite top five TV shows for this article.

Every disappointment is a blessing.
`Good day to you all and another wonderful day again today. Let's make it an amazing day for ourselves.`
I have been battling with my health for a few days now but it got me down yesterday as I was having a lot of aches on various parts of my body. I thought I could get over it but in the long run, it weighed me down.
I had to call on a friend of mine to help me with some drugs that would aid my body pain. And he got me one so I was able to take the necessary dosage for yesterday and I never forgot to take that today.
Though my body is getting a little better now, I still feel some aches on my fingers while I type this article. I hope with time I will get over it and get back to my normal self again.
Today while having some conversations with a friend of mine, we were having some discussion about life in general. Then we talk about doing good because there is always the intervention of karma in whatever we do. So life is just too small and too big all the way.
He was posted to a school where his principal kept giving him a hard time. He felt like some days would surely come in the future when he would have to meet with one of her family members. He would make sure to pay back what she had done for him.
Then I told him that it doesn't matter because it depends on individual personality and how we see things to be. I told him when the time comes then he might not even have the heart for anything bad as revenge or payback.
He admitted while someone had to cite an example of a lecturer who had been failing a student on a particular course for up to 3 years. He had additional years to his normal academic year and that was able to come to an end when the lecturer left his position and someone else took over. He was finally able to become a graduate.
After graduating from the university he had his journey of life and so did the lecturer too. Everyone went their ways.
Life is too small, and we are all like a flowing river that can meet anywhere at any point of our existence. The so-called lecturer had retired from his lecturing job and had to source a living for his family. He then applied for a job and needed to be interviewed. The interview was an examination to be conducted. Then the examiner in charge of the retired lecturer section was this student whom he failed multiple times.
He already forgot the look of the student but the student never forgot his face. He reminded him of his face, but the lecturer couldn't remember. He exempted him from sitting for the exams and the lecturer kept on begging, but no matter how much he begged he never allowed him to sit for the exams.
The lecturer went home sad. But at the end of the exams, he went to the lecturer personally to bless him from his pocket. He made him know that life isn't the way he thought it was. Life is too small and also too big at the same time.
**Conclusion**.
No matter the position we find ourselves in, we should always try to be helpful and put others in our shoes. Having a kind heart and also making sure we do our best no matter who the person is.
Try to forgive as much as you can and have good relationships with people and never underestimate a common man.

**Who do you want to keep in your life?**
There are a lot of people I would love to keep in my life. I am not married yet so I can say my wife and children are just out of the available options. I would love to keep my family members in my life. I would love to see them always, not to miss them even for a second. They are part of my life already but being distanced from them makes me feel their impact the more. I wish to be home again so soon so I can have those warm hugs from them again.

Haha. What a question! Life is surely boring without life itself. If there is no life to live then what's there in life?. So there are lots of things in life that need to happen to make life cool and amazing to live.
****Life is boring without health****
When one lacks sound health then I woulsay life is surely like a prison to such a person. Your wealth, your power, your everything is surely nothing without a sound health. So like the saying goes that health is wealth which is nothing but the truth.
****Life is boring without wealth****
Being poor is not something to wish for. No one wants to be poor which is one reason why we continue with our everyday struggle to make it in life. When you have money on then it would be much easier to accomplish your wishes, dreams, and visions...
****Life is boring without death****
How about a life where there is no death? That is just the most boring of all, so death itself is another component to make life interesting. Though it might happen out of the blue. But not living till eternity is something great. If there is no death then we might not even have to value ourselves anymore since we know they have nowhere to go and we also continue with our own life. But death puts us to reality.
****Life is boring without hopes****
This is another essential element to an interesting life. Life without hopes would be the most boring. Because we have hope is what makes the poor think he would become rich someday, hopes is what make a child think they would become older someday, hopes make us think about everything great in life. That's just the power of hopes.
**What would you do if you weren't afraid**
If I wasn't afraid then I would have to make sure I stand out for everyone who needs my help in one way or the other. I would make sure I show up in front of our crazy leaders and make it clear to them about their bad ways and implore them to do better.
**What needs to be removed from your life**
There are a lot of things I need to remove from my life the number one of them being laziness and procrastination. I just hope I have to power to call out procrastination by its name and send it on an errand that it would never return. I have been so lazy and procrastination get to become my hobby. I would also love to take away one more thing which I don't think I can mention here.
**Are you afraid of death?**
Death is inevitable. We would surely have to taste death someday and that's the realíty. So if you are afraid of it or not it would surely come. So you are left with no option. Most times when I get afraid of death is not really because of myself but because of the people around me. I know they might have to cry or not, they might have to feel my presence in one way or the other, but after a few days life goes on. And I would just be remembered probably once in a while. I would also not want to lose them forever.

My Saturday ramblings in tautology...
`Today is another day on the earth's surface to wake and appreciate our existence. I am always grateful for life.`
**T**oday is another weekend again 😌. Let's make sure to have a nice time with our friends and families including our loved ones. Time is never by our side because we are not promised tomorrow.
**T**ry going out to the beach and feel the cool breeze from nature, feel the warmth of the sun, lay low with your dear ones, and create the best of memories with them. Because no one is promised tomorrow.

**Tomorrow** night is too late, check up on your dear friends whom you've heard from for a very long time. Know how well they are doing. It's not really about the money or the food you want to give them, but making it clear to them that they have someone they can rely on even in times of hardship is nothing but everything to them. It's their time today you never know what you have in place tomorrow because no one is promised tomorrow.
**T**ogether we grow in unity and love, divided we fall. It's said that 20 friends can't be together for 20 years. That's a pure fact. Take a look back at your life in the past, take a look at your friends, are you all together today?. Many might have left the earth's surface and some are still alive but they are just far distanced from us. We only can see today, no one is promised tomorrow.
**T**ough times would surely come because everything in life can't keep going smoothly. But having the mindset that after every hardship comes ease is just the best. Being optimistic about things and conditions we find ourselves in is the best tonic to cure our hearts of unnecessary thoughts and illness. What's meant to happen would surely happen, all because no one is promised tomorrow.
**T**here is a saying that goes thus "No condition is permanent. And that is nothing but pure fact. Many people have lost hope in miracles and grace. Grace never knows any age or time in one's life. Everything could just turn around just in the blink of an eye. Things might change so quickly. But still having the mindset that no condition is permanent. A beggar today might become a giver tomorrow and a giver today might also turn out to be a beggar tomorrow. No condition in this world of ours is permanent because we are not promised tomorrow.

**Time** flies, just like yesterday when we were still blabbering trying to talk, trying to crawl, standing, and also trying to take our walking steps. We grow stronger as each day counts but we are always hoping to see another stronger tomorrow without knowing that the stronger we grow the weaker we become. Our hearts get weaker, our mind and soul, our skins get rough and skinny, our bones continue to weaken and that’s how the days promised to continue to get shortened. We should always make use of our today judiciously because that tomorrow we are looking forward to is just like an illusion.
**T**hese are my ramblings for this weekend and I also tried making sure I did some tautological paragraphs with the letter “T”.
