"They're on the move."
"Cover!"
They consumed the world in front of them, exploding with color bombs and spinning in a hypnotic dance of harmonizing sounds that could make everyone feel awake. People here and there scream like there's no tomorrow. Their eyes were tired and sleep-deprived.
A bunch of armies with powerful weapons tried to stop them, but it aggravated the negative effect on the beloved world. Screams then turned into battle cries that keep on resonating on the field.
In just a short period of time, about one-fourth of the world is already down. People are captured. Nothing's left except for traces that it was attacked. Flames are everywhere, and it gives a feeling of despair.
A group of teens, having varied abilities and intelligence, formed a plan on how they could win over the unidentified creatures with a face that almost looks exactly like every one of them, except for their body covered in metal scraps, which landed on earth just a few hours ago.
John, the leader of the group, comes out to see how it looks outside after the deafening silence. They thought it was over, and little did they know, they were only the people left in the place.
To his surprise, something has just been waiting for them outside. He shouted for some help as he was being devoured with something that looked like a hole. The others run towards him, but he's already devoured by the dark hole when they arrive outside.
Stacey, the girl who's good at archery, grabbed her arrow and put it in her bow. Jake, a son of a firefighter, made a flame for the arrow. She aimed at the hole, and when she calculated everything, she released the arrow, and it straightly went to the hole, which abruptly covered with fire. In just a blink of an eye, the fire gets extinguished easily by the creature that looks like Stacey. It backfires but Stacey dodged it.
"Stacey, be careful."
"Don't worry Mike, I'm good."
"Watch your left!"
"They're on the move."
"Cover!"
Roselyn, an expert in sword, immediately grabbed the villain's sword while it is looking away, while Cj, an underground boxer, grabbed it neck and broke it. The other creatures fired them with a different type of gun, and fortunately, no one got hurt.
They stood up after being pulled to the ground, but a whirl of sand attacked them. Christian got hit and immediately flown by it. The wind then suddenly became stronger and ate all of them. It's dark, very dark. They held each other's hands and just closed their eyes and waited for what will happen next.
The moment they opened their eyes, Ms. Anna, their teacher, was in front of them and immediately scolded them for sleeping again in her class.
"Was it real?"
Stacey pinched John's face, and he reacted.
"Whoa," Mike said, "it felt surreal."
"Just stop that nonsense. You seem to have dreamed again that the world will be destroyed, and you are the superhero there. But in the end, what? you're defeated?"
John and the rest feel confused. They think of one thing. How did she know? Ms. Anna just winked at the camera, and then the curtains were released down.
And there you have it. Making a story like this is not my forte but I hope you like it. By the way, thanks to ate @Ruffaher stories encouraged me to continue making stories too.
