They can't but He can
You can't feel the same vibes that you have before because it seems that loneliness and depression hugs you right now. The smile in your lips suddenly fades away and overthinking gradually kills your inner peace. Blankly looking at the dark ceiling while asking yourself " Am I still alive ? Or am I only doing the inhale-exhale exercise? " We don't want to dive into it but it seems that anxiety push us into deeper side of it. We have no choice but to endure this on our own because no one is ready to listen to us. No one can lend their ears for us because they can't hear us.
They can't see our loneliness but they can notice our flaws,
They can't see our struggles but they can notice our mistakes,
They can't see that we are trying too hard but they can notice our downfall,
They can't appreciate our small achievement but they can always notice our losses.
They can't understand that we need someone to lean on but it's really easy to them to throw bad words to us.
They can't give us a minute to listen to us but they have a lot of time to gossiping about our life,
They can't shed our tears away instead they also one of the reason why we are crying,
No one can't really understand what we really felt and that's the reality. They really can't unless they are the one who experiencing this kind of emotions. It's really tiring to pretend that we are okay. Even our lips is tired to fake its smile. Are you really tired? Then you should cried. Cried until there is no tears anymore. Cried until you feel better. Cried until you totally vent out all of your worries and problems. If " crying" is the only solution for you to feel better, then cry. Don't worry, it can't less you as a human being. It's not a sign of being weak , we really need to cry sometimes to ease our feelings.
But after you cried, make sure that you can still able to stand. Crying is not the end of everything okay? It's only a refreshment and way to endure all the sadness you hide in your heart. After breakdowns, make sure that you can able to face again the thing called life. We are not sure what might the next scenario will happened, but just continue to fight. If no one can't give you a warm hug, then give it to yourself. Hug yourself so tightly while saying " Self you'll okay, everything will be alright. I trust on you so move forward ".
I just want also to remind you that if you can't find a place or a people who can comfort you, please just close your eyes and talked to God. Talked to Him until you'll get better. He can't give you a respond virtually but you can really find the answer in our hearts. I believe that He already tap our should and saying that we should holding on because soon, He will turns this loneliness, anxiety and depression into something that will beneficial to us. Just wait and trust into Him. Don't be afraid to go to Him because He will never disappoint us. With Him, you can easily find the peace that you are looking for.

For those who feel so empty tonight,
For those who can't find their home ,
For those who fight their battles silently,
And for those who broke into pieces today,
