When the last time you cried? Was the reason behind those tears you let out from your eyes?

As a human being, we tend to feel sad, stressed and disappointed and our last resort is to cry. Our tears suddenly flows and it seems that there's no ending for it. Sometimes we tried to hold it as much as we can but suddenly our eyes betrayed us. We cried for so many reasons, sometimes even we are happy we tend to also cry. A tears of joy according to them but most of the time the reason why we cry is because we want to let it out the burdens and problems we keep inside.The moment that you think that you can't handle it anymore, it's okay to cry. If you think that it is the only thing that can makes you feel better again, go cry. You don't need someone's approval and judgement to let it out all of the burdens you have. If there's no one is willing to be there at your downside moment, pray then cried in front of Him. He can't wipe our eyes from wiping it but He can heal our hearts from crying. Don't be shy to talked to God when you need it the most okay? I just want also to remind you that crying didn't lessen you as a person but rather it can helps you to be established yourself more. It can helps you to be a fighter again. But after you cried, make sure to fix yourself and never cried again for the same thing and the same reason. You still deserve to enjoy the life and feel the happiness after a day of crying so smile after the thunderstorm in your life. It is the least thing you can do for yourself after that moment. Can you considered yourself as a weak if you cried? Is crying is only for those who can't fight anymore? The answer is No because crying can be also a sign of bravery. We are so brave to release the pain that we have inside and we don't care if others will judge and labeled us a " dramatic". Crying is also a weapon of a strong man. They used it as a reminder to themselves that " Today I cried but tomorrow, I stand and fight again".

On the other corner, there's also a benefit from crying. Aside from that, it becomes our voice when our mouth can't speak up for ourselves. So let me tell you some of the reasons why crying is also good sometimes.

1.Crying helps you to flushes the bad bacteria in your body

Crying sometimes can helps your body to cleanse the bacteria that is unhelpful. Tears can be classified into 3 types; reflex, continuous and emotional and all of these can help us to cleanse our body specifically our eyes. Reflex tears can protect your eyes and remove the dust behind it. Continuous tears protect your eyes from getting infection and the emotional tears, this kind of tears contains stress hormones that can help you to clean out or to lessen your stress.

2.Crying lessens the pain and burden we have

Did you know the saying that " Cry a river, build a bridge then get over it". Sometimes after we cried, we feel that our body turns into light one. It seems that crying also gives us a chance to reflect and to re-think about the possible solution on our problems. Our tears can contain a endorphins which makes us to make our pain numb and gives us a complete calmness. That's also the reason why sometimes after we cried, we tend to fell asleep. It because that we already release every pain we had and we are calm to rest.

3.Crying reminds you that you also need to seek help from others

We are so shy on reaching other people especially when we have a problem because we don't want to be a burden to them right? I'm not exception to this one because I tend to keep everything within me instead of sharing it to someone else. But you know what, sometimes we only need someone who will comfort and be our crying shoulder just to remind us that it is okay to cry. We are not a stone so it is very normal for us to look for the support and care of someone. Reaching out is not a sign of self-pity but rather it is a way in order to rebuild your self. But we should also be careful on choosing the person because some of them, instead of comforting us they will pinpoint more our mistakes. So still, be mindful.

4.Crying is also a reminder that we've gone through a lot and it's time for us to rest

Sometimes we forgot about ourselves because of the hectic routine that we need to deal in everyday life but the moment we cried, we tend to think that we've gone so far from the beginning. It is a kind of tears that we also allows ourselves to appreciate ourself for surpassing everything before and maybe it is a time to clean out those unnecessary things from it. It's time for give yourself a break form dealing with it.

Hello fighters and dreamers here in read.caah universe, how are you? I hope that you are doing so well today. I'm a little bit upset today because of our thesis and it is one of the reasons why I came up to this topic. Because I wanted to cry because it seems that my "All" is not enough. I feel so drained and I feel like that I'm not a motivated leader now for my groupmates. So I'm taking a break while thinking on how I will carry all those responsibilities that I have. But don't worry because I'm also a fighter who just need a rest lol. I will still fight again because I believe that my future awaits. Keep safe always and have a good night sleep.

Crying is not a sukatan ng pagiging mahina or malakas. We're only humans, that's the only reason. We have feelings at lahat tayo pwdng masaktan. Releasing it all tru crying is a big help para mawala yong bigat na dinadala sa dibdib natin I do that you know pag di n talaga kaya. And, ako naman sadya kong sinasaktan ang self ko by creating a scenario on my head para lang paiyakin ang sarili ko. Dunno, mas gumagaan pakiramdam ko pag nagagawa ko yan ee.

Crying is good for your body and soul. When we cry, we cleanse our eyes. When we cry, we cleanse our emotions. Crying is not a bad thing at all and it is okay to cry.

I don't hesitate to cry when I feel like crying. I would let tears flow down but I hold back sometimes when there will be people around. After crying, I felt relieved and energized again.
