We humans are bound to encounter problems everyday whether at the office, house, market, restaurant, school and etc. anytime and anywhere. Problems are indeed everywhere. We normally believed that we'll overcome it and it's just a constant thing we need to face everyday. We encounters problem and find solution to it immediately. It is easy for us to find a way to solve everything at one snap.

But at some point, have you ever tried wondering what happen next if you'll not be able to fix that problem you have?

Some will say yes, and some will say no. Others may say maybe as well. It's really normal to know several reactions like this knowing that we people at some point, we choose not to care to others problems. We play dumb to it knowing that It's not our concerns anyway.

But to tell you guys showing that you really care really matters especially to those who are so mentally stressed like my late friend.

I had a friend who had passed away just this month of February.

She is a 25 year old pretty lady. She is a well-off woman who loves to be on the shadow of everybody. She doesn't actually want to be noticed by anybody. She preferred being alone compared to engage herself to a large number of people. That's how she lived her life.

Because of being so introvert, it ended up ruining her life by causing a lot of misunderstanding and failures that makes her parents turned their back to her. To make it clear, her parents did everything for her it's just that they were so tired of guiding her and helping her to the things she liked. She doesn't want to study because she wanted to start working at early age making her family ended up abandoning her. Because of this, she learned to smoke, to drink and etc. Nothing good goes well to her.

There are times she will arrive at her apartment late at night causing so much trouble to tenants. She is totally lost this time. She has no great future ahead. Her parents didn't bother and it hurts her more. Things that made her feel that her life is miserable and dark that no one will be bothered even if she turns out to be dead or what.

This is simply means that she's depressed. She started to hallucinate, seeing things that doesn't even exist. Because of this, she attempted to kill herself several times but fail to do so. This is the reason why she keeps on moving to different apartments because she can't kill herself because everytime she attempt to kill herself, boarders happen to find out.

Actually, she tried to seek help but can't find any. There's no one willing to help her. If there is someone who can help her, she's willing to be treated. But no one dares to help her.

With everything that she encounters, she realized that she is not needed in this world. That her existence doesn't matter anyway.

For the last attempt, she manage to kill herself by hanging her body using the rope. She was found dead at 2:oo am. Her corpse happened to be seen at her room with lots of pills on the floor. Based on the autopsy, she took the pills first before she hung her body.

Message to everyone

It's time to take an action, make a noise and speak out about mental issue. So many people are dying because of lack of enough attention and support from the people who must provide help for them. It's not just about implementation and execution but it is also the acceptance that this illness really exist and not be taken as jokes or a quip. They really need help. They are silent not because they don't want to ask our help. They chose to be silent because they know at the end, they will be ignored anyways. In their minds, they are shouting and crying because of the pain they have. They are devastated. Countless people are dying everyday because of depression.

How many lives do we need to lose before we make a move?

I hope for the near future or maybe someday perhaps, this will be totally acknowledged. For those vulnerable people who are victim of anxiety and depression, I know you didn't chose to be afraid. You want us to hear you and it's time for you to stand and be brave to face the world. Ignored the feeling of being neglected instead, make this as your tool , your will to win against that stigma that you have against the people whom you think will gonna harm you. Please speak out and promise you'll be heard.

What made me wrote this?

I made this article as my way of showing my love and respect to my friend who died and become another victim of this undying sickness we have. I am sincerely here for you as your companion. You may now rest in paradise my friend.

My deepest condolence to the bereaved family

Another article for the day. Hope you guys continue to support me. Your support really matters. See you on my another article.
